Tropical Smoothie Cafe

One of the better Tropical Smoothie locations, always fast, and always great customer service. The smoothies are always blended perfectly also. My go to spot for lunch when I’m in the area.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE MANAGEMENT SIDE! I ordered the detox island smoothie, that states it is naturally sweetened. Expecting it to be kind of sweet, it tastes watered down. So, I called and asked to speak to the manager and instead offering to fix it, he continued going on about how his workers ask if we want to add sweetener. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND THE FOOD IS NOT THAT GOOD! they are always running out condiments as well! This is ridiculous and I won’t ever be back!

I’ve been here a couple of times and waited to write my review for a couple of reasons. When going to a place like this that has multiple locations but managed/​owned by others, though each place is the same they have their differences and I wanted to see them come to the surface. So what came to the surface was that 7AM is not a good time for the person who needs to open this place. I came here twice this week because the first time the opener was late and had to leave without my breakfast smoothie but was able to talk to the opener and was given the opportunity to get my $ 1 off my smoothie still if I came back later that day. Gave them another try today, thinking «hey maybe the situation on Monday would make the person opening more mindful to get there on time». Nope, dude was even more late today than in Monday! So almost needless to say, probably not the place to come to if you are looking for a quick stop before work. However, there is a bit of silver lining on this grey cloud, the not so timely opener cranked that smoothie out in short time and it was delicious! The other workers are pretty quick during lunch hours too. So forget the early 7am if you are pressed for time and check them out for lunch.

Got the island fever. Really good and delicious. Service was ok, just a bunch of kids eager to get off of work. But that did not affect the quality of the smoothie. Clean, fast and efficient.
