General neurology including the diagnosis and treatment of migraines, sleep disorders, cognitive impairments, carpal tunnel syndrome and other neurological impairments and diseases.
I love the office staff, they are so kind and helpful and go the extra mile. My doctor(Dr. E) is a little quirky and I didn’t like him at first but I’ve been seeing him for 8 years and I love him now. I can tell he’s really thinking hard about how to solve a problem.

I came here to have a test conducted. My usual neurology office was nearby where I work but getting this particular test was more convenient to do closer to home. First off, I didn’t see any of the doctors here, so this review is mainly for my experience with the office and the staff. Finding the office — the medical building has a separate entrance a little further up on 7 locks road, but your GPS should pick up on it and let you know when to turn. The parking lot can get a little crowded but the neurology office has a few reserved spots up front. The staff isn’t the most friendly, warm or helpful in the world from scheduling the appointment over the phone to check in to check out. I haven’t gotten my bill yet(it’s only been a few days) so I can’t speak on that experience but based upon what’s going on thus far I’m bracing myself to call my insurance company and working with them directly like I did for another medical office. I’m used to dealing with staff that are efficient, polite, and keep their personal opinions to themselves unless asked. But not here. I got an earful here and it lead to me snapping back a few times. Not fun. The test itself is already unpleasant as it is, but add to it unfriendly, cold, rude techs and staff that don’t really help to make your experience a little less unpleasant… well…it just makes everything suck all the more.

Not happy! Initially saw a Dr. a year ago. Since she missed a few things, I was told by more than one Dr. to go back to a neurologist. That’s fine, I understand that mistakes are made, especially when someone is just out of medical school. However, I asked for another Dr. Was told that I need to put in a request with that Dr. and if he/she accepts, then I can see them. Two days later, no answer so I called back and was told this person had denied my request because they retired and aren’t taking new patients. Thanks for calling me! I put in a request for two other doctors, and two days later, had not heard anything. I find this to be a ridiculous policy. I am mad that they were not accommodating and did not seem to care that I got a misdiagnosis the first time. Ridiculous that switching doctors has to be such a chore.

It is even worse than I thought. The doctor mentioned that I do not have a condition A. He never cared to mention what he was going to prescribe me and said he had wired the meds(two meds, a painkiller and the other one). Later, when I got to my pharmacy and got the meds, I saw that he had prescribed me something only for the condition A and there was no painkiller. This is my personal experience. Others may have had a better experience but this is mine.

Dr. C. Debbie Lin is wonderful. She is smart and caring and was the first person to diagnose me and helped me find the right neuro surgeon. She answered many phone messages I left with her nurse always within the hour I left the message. On the downs side the non-medical staff of the practice can be very rude, especially over the phone. The wait time is usually between 10 – 25 minutes even when you come 10 – 15 minutes early for the appointment. Overall, my experience with Dr. Lin and the practice was satisfying.

First the good news. Dr. Satinsky is very smart, warm, and has a very good manner. In my experience he is generally pretty close to being on time. The other medical professionals seem to be similarly patient focused. The bad news is that their back office is rude and very difficult to deal with. My insurer paid them for a bill I had already paid and getting a refund has involved 3 calls so far and a real runaround by people who make it clear that they simply dont care.
