Caring Cuddles Pet Sitting

While my dogs were well taken care of, the behavior of the business owner was well beyond unprofessional. My plans changed causing me to leave a day earlier than expected and thus changing the dates of service. I notified the service of this change and asked if it could be accommodated. I was told that a drop off on the new date could be «squeezed in» at 3pm and unfortunately; I needed to be on the road by 1pm at the latest and inquired about a morning drop off. I was told that even though her schedule was free up until 10am she did not want to meet me in the morning in order to avoid potential traffic issues on 422. While I understand that no one wants to sit in traffic, I was surprised that a service provider would refuse to accommodate the needs of a client when there was no conflict from preventing them from doing so. I informed Caring Cuddles, that since they could not accommodate my new schedule that I would need to make other arrangements for my dogs. In turn, the owner threw a «temper tantrum» and told me that she had a business to run and it was uncalled for to cancel my appointment. It is my right to cancel any service that no longer meets my needs and the unprofessional behavior I experienced was uncalled for. There are plenty of pet sitters available with great references and I can easily find one that does not refuse to meet the needs of their client simply because they do not want to.
