Short story: the steak sandwiches are dry, the bread is too chewy, but at least the hoagie tasted good. 4 of us ate, 0 of us were impressed. First things first, I called in my order. The First Lady I spoke with was grouchy and hard of hearing. She handed me over to another lady who was short-tempered and impatient. I ordered anyway, and figured I’d give them a chance– only because the prior owner was a wonderful lady, and I figured maybe they’re just having a slew of orders at once, and they’re rushed. I arrive, and notice that there are no photos, so I began to snap a few– the front desk lady promptly asks me if I’m from Unilocal and begins to complain about me taking photos. I assure her I am just a customer and trying to help her out by adding photos to the profile. She is EXTREMELY suspicious about it! Why? I ask if she takes American Express, and she rudely replies: nope, with an attitude. Ugh. She’s STILL complaining about the pics, so as I walk out the door having paid for my 4 sandwiches with MasterCard, I say, well– I WAS a customer. Not anymore! A friendly face and demeanor wins over customers. A grouchy gremlin scared them away!
