Wheels In Motion is a true one stop Automotive shop. We offer General Repair/​Service, PA Inspections, Auto Body and Collision Services as well as Auto Detailing Services all in one location. We are also known for our work on Antique & Muscle Cars as well. We offer quality repairs and excellent customer service at competitive prices, usually for less than the dealerships and chain tire stores.

History

Established in 1979.

Mike Yannessa was previously the owner of Mike’s Service Center also of Pottstown. Wheels In Motion was started in 2000 as a General Repair, Auto Restoration, and Auto Detailing Shop. In 2009 the opportunity to expand to 2 locations came when we purchased the former Dames Chevrolet Body Shop. In 2013 after reviewing the needs of our business and our customers we decided that combining both locations would be the best for the future. We purchased the former Dames Chevrolet car dealership at 525 E. High St. in Pottstown. We are looking forward to having Auto Repair, Auto Detailing, and a Body Shop in one building. The opportunity to have all of your automotive needs served in one location has never been offered in the Pottstown area and we are very excited to be the first.

My name is Nick Yannessa. I am Vice President of the company and son of Founder/​President Mike Yannessa. I have an Associates in Applied Science in Automotive Technology from Northampton Community College in Bethlehem, PA and a Bachelors in Business Management/​Entrepreneurship from Pace University in New York City. I am your main point of contact at the shop and can help you with all of automotive needs. Whether you need mechanical repairs or your vehicle was in a accident I can help you get back on the road as quickly as possible. If you need a rental car, help with your insurance or warranty company, on a budget, have specific part preferences, or any other needs or requests please let me know. The more I know the better.
