Arnoff Moving & Storage

Just moved to the Hudson valley from Washington DC, and so happy I choose to use Arnoff!
Our move was multi part but we are finally settled into our new house and what an amazing job Arnoff did accommodating all our needs! From the sales team down everyone was polite, friendly and helpful. The movers were extremely professional and when moved into our new home they covered all the floors and carefully placed each item in to our desired location.
I was most worried about our extensive collection of dinnerware and glassware and not a single piece was broken.
At the end of the day I would highly recommend Arnoff Moving and Storage!

Worst. Moving. Experience. Ever. Moved less than a mile away & had them come out and quote for move. We were doing packing & bc we weren’t moving far told them not too worry about little things. The crew was terrific. Foreman overweight — sketchy guy. I bought them breakfast, lunch etc. had mapped everything out so knew where things were going l. No need to move again & again. Get to the end of move. Tip crew well — 60 pp. not foreman bc he didn’t deserve. Told me it was 930 more than quite bc much more stuff. Absolutely not! Spoke to mgr & he made it right. But honestly don’t trust this company. A new neighbor just moved in next door & had same experience but told 1500 more. These guys are sketchy & not to be trusted. Too bad bc guys working for them great.

Arnoff just moved my warehouse shelving and equipment today to a new location and big very breakable stuff to my house. I did a lot of research and came close to hiring another company that was a lot less $. However, the other company had such horrible reviews on Unilocal and Angie’s list, I just couldn’t take a chance. A friend had used Arnoff many years ago, she wasn’t even sure they were still in business when she mentioned them to me. They didn’t come up in any of my initial searches for local moving companies… but I am glad I found them and can write something positive on Unilocal for a change!
The guys went above and beyond to be helpful. Matt even suggested a more efficient layout for the shelving in the new space. Huge weight off my shoulders when they left and everything was fine, nothing damaged… no hassles… Whew!
Their calm demeanors actually helped to keep me calm.
I went with the flat rate plan, although I am not sure they had any other options, but other companies will charge by the hour.
Very pleased and very RELIEVED!
