History

Established in 1969.

Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions began as an Employment Agency founded in 1969. In response to the needs of the employers in the Hudson Valley, we started the Temporary Staffing Agency, Dutchess Temps (now Ethan Allen Staffing), in 1982. To further enhance our Permanent Placement and Temporary Staffing Services, we incorporated HR SERVICES, our (PEO) Professional Employer Organization In 1992.

Today Ethan Allen Workforce Solutions’ group of companies offers a full range of employment solutions including: direct placement, temporary staffing, recruitment process outsourcing and professional employer services. This gives us the capacity and flexibility to provide the HR, staffing, and recruiting solutions our clients need.
