Got an oil change two weeks ago in which I was told that my car fluids were observed and topped off (got a nominal fee) if needed. A week later, my car overheats, I take it to the mechanic who says that I need antifreeze.

It’s your basic cookie cutter quickie oil change, which is fine. Usually, they’er pretty careful with your car except… last time they left a big black greasy paw print on my WHITE LEATHER door handle. Then, a few weeks after the change, my oil light is on. I’m over a quart low, on a relatively new car, a few weeks after servicing. hmm. I’m not saying they didn’t put everything back the way it’s supposed to be, I’m just saying it’s suspicious.

I used them at least 5 times in the past. The first 3 time could be 4 or 5 stars, I was very happy with their service which was why I went back for the 4th and 5th time. The 4th and 5th time were bad, All you felt was that they sneaked around and in your car and tried to make up stories about the extra EXPENSIVE services that my car needs. Another person complaint to me that her brake light went off right after the car was in the shop. That was the 2nd time happened to her. I wonder if there is no moral, how can businesses sustain their customers. I will NOT go back to this shop.
