All Kitsap Window Service

We hired Paul Klingbeil, the owner of All Kitsap Window Service, to clean our windows and were very disappointed for numerous reasons. Had to ask him to re-​clean two windows because he missed several spots. He was very expensive. Charged us $ 125 to clean 39 exterior windows when other washers had never charged more than $ 110 for the same job. This man is a «one-​man show» and is not insured, licensed or bonded, so if he injures himself on your property, you are then responsible. And don’t forget that he uses a tall ladder to do his work. But here is the worst part. Because he knew we would not be at home, this man gained access to our home and garage and stole from us. We first began to notice things missing just three days after he was on our property. Because we continue to find more and more things missing that we know he stole from us, the amount continues to rise. It is now just over $ 7000. It takes a crackerjack window washer just over one hour to wash all our exterior windows. He lives less than ten minutes from our home and he was on our property for fourteen hours… two full days. Not because he was working, but rather because multiple times, he loaded our things into his grey truck and brought them elsewhere to unload. He is very practiced at his thievery. He many times substituted his cheap junk for our more expensive items. He’s a fool to think that we would not miss our property. And we have since learned that he sells property that he steals, so our treasured things have enriched his life at our expense. We filed a burglary report and Paul lied to the police and said he was only on our property for one day. Unilocal asks that reviewers here are not connected with the business in any way and yet both Kathleen V and John N. who’ve reviewed here are related to Paul. So of course, they are going to give him glowing reviews. He has also lied to them. Everything I’ve stated above is the absolute truth; I have no reason to lie about any of this. In my opinion this man is dishonest and is a very sick, disturbed man. He wears two faces and lives two lives. In discussing him with others the word I’ve heard repeatedly is «creepy», and he is. In fact he acts very much like a sociopath; no conscience, no remorse and is quick to blame the other person as the cause of his commission of these terrible acts. All marks of a narcissistic sociopath. I’d be willing to bet that we are not the first people victimized by this man. Please do not hire him to wash your windows or clean your gutters or you could live to regret it.

All Kitsap — has been performing services on both my residential and commercial business properties for many many years now. owner Paul is a 1 man show who takes meticulous care of all the jobs that he has ever performed on my windows. His pricing is competitive and has always been honest. The other reviewer here on Unilocal has obviously gone to great effort to slander a company and person I know to be honest and professional. This previous unsubstantiated claim and review should be discarded and thought of as nothing more than nonsense. If you need your windows cleaned on your business or home then I highly recommend using this company. I could name off countless businesses around the Kitsap and Poulsbo area in particular that have crystal clear windows thanks to this company and the hard work of Paul. I wish online review sites had the capability to force people to have substantiated information and make credible claims before the write things but unfortunately we live in a Paper Tiger world where anyone with an experience that they don’t like can get online and try and ruin someone else’s business by making any claims that they want true or false. So believe me when I tell you that this company deserves 5 stars.
