It doesn’t have to be a cold day to enjoy the delicious slow cooked soups and egg rolls at this wonderful Vietnamese kitchen in Poulsbo. Great food great people.

Good food, maybe costs a bit much for what it is. Excellent service. Everyone smiles and makes me feel welcome. The best phở around to be sure.

There isn’t a bad thing about this place, except it can be a bit drafty when it’s busy no matter where you’re sitting. Absolutely amazing phở. We crave this on the regular. If you like red meat, I recommend a number 3! It’s steak and brisket phở. It comes served with bean sprouts, Thai basil, the works. I 10⁄10 recommend putting Thai basil in it. If you’ve never tried it and are hesitant, I say TRYIT! It’s nothing like the ramen you know from a plastic package. Though, avoid the bubble tea, some reviews rave about it. I thought it wasn’t so good. They’re all made from premix powder and they all taste very fake. The bubble/boba tea I’ve had elsewhere had a real fruit base & wasn’t blended with water and ice. Long story short, you won’t leave this place hungry.

Great selection with fresh ingredients. I’ve had the tofu and Phở dishes a few times, my friend raves about their Ban Mi sandwiches. Worth the stop!

This place is awesome. Very reasonably priced. The Vietnamese sandwiches are great and the Phở is delicious. Servers are fast and attentive. Definitely coming back for another sandwich. Pickled carrots are the best.

Had a bad experience here with service! Basically no service! We were seated quickly, server came and took our order promptly, then we waited, and waited, and waited. People that came in after us including a large party were getting served. Tried to find our server, she was no where to be found. Finally after 50-minutes, we left. Don’t know what the food was like?

This is by far the best Phở I have ever had. After moving here from LA, I am so happy to find this place. It’s pure gold.

I love this place! Everything is very authentic — better than many Phở places in Seattle. Staff and owners are super nice too.

Good food, always friendly staff, nice service and decent prices. My fave dish is the Bun and to have a hot coffee at the end of dinner = Heaven :) Only draw back are the large crowds at peak times with little to no room for waiting guests.

I work all over western Washington and anytime I see a place for phở, I stop if i have time. Coming back from sequim the other day I saw a sign coming into poulsbo for phở t and n. I’m glad I did. Woah, really good. I’ve had hundreds of bowls of phở, and this was easily one of the best. Great atmosphere, friendly, family owned and very diverse menu, not just the typical phở and teriyaki. I will definitely rerun my next trip up there.

This is the best Phở on this side of the sound. The food is always excellent and the staff is polite and attentive. They’ve recently expanded the dining room, so even when it’s busy you can usually get a seat. I love the Vietnamese egg roll bowl and my regular dinner companion gets the steak Phở, both of which are delicious. Portions are huge, and a great value for the money.

AMAZING! I now have hope that great restaurant food is on this side of the water! This unassuming restaurant tucked in a strip mall has a diverse menu with reasonable prices. Delicious, high quality ingredients, made to order, the food is fresh and delicious! Yes, delicious times two or three! Thanks, Joe, our wonderful server, and fellow Unilocal reviewers, what a great find! :D

My family and I have been going here for years. The food is great and Joe the host(seemingly boss-though not entirely sure), is great. There food is always fresh and delicious and their boba teas are great and not to sweet like some. Its one of the best phở places you ever find. Additionally they recently expanded and remodeled their restaurant and it looks amazing and more inviting than before. Not enough positive things can be said about this phở place. –Gabriel

I have been trying to find a good place to go for Bubble Tea on the Kitsap Peninsula that compares to the Bubble Tea places in seattle. Phở T&N will be my new«go to» place. I went to their restaurant during my lunch and their staff was very professional and friendly. I got my Bubble Tea and Fried Rice«to go» order completed in approx 10 minutes or less and the tea was everything I’d hope for and more. I would highly recommend this restaurant. There are several vegetarian and a few vegan items on the menu that can be ordered as well.

I’m not the biggest phở fan, but was pleasantly surprised by T&N. They had recently expanded to accommodate more customers; the restaurant was spacious and clean, the staff friendly. The egg roll arrived a bit late(I could see it waiting on the kitchen counter for some time before it was brought out) and in addition to its lukewarm temperature, it didn’t taste fresh. For a main dish I had the number 49, a dry noodle dish served with bean sprouts, sweet and spicy sauce and other accoutrements that normally come with phở. It was comforting and warm – perfect for the rainy day that it was. Upon leaving, we ordered bubble tea to go: a milky lavender black tea and a Thai iced tea with extra tapioca. Chewy and delicious!
