Do not trust them, they will run your credit multiple times without your consent and without even any business relation between you and them. Came across their advertisement in BestBuy guide, and called to see what they have to offer.
Still fighting hard to remove the credit pulls and reverse all the damage caused. Tom was so manipulating and pulled my credit without my consent even though I told him I’m comparing offers between companies.
Right now I have a fraud alert on my credit report only because I once called this company to ask about their offer.
Tim (Who said he’s the manager) said he’ll work to reverse the damage, will update my review if he does. Will totally give him a chance to fix what his sales rep has done. Else, there will be a long way to go with.
