They were kind enough to send someone over less than one hour after I called on a Saturday night at 7pm despite the fact that they were swamped with calls for a/​c repair during this heat wave (in the mid to upper 90’s!).
Unfortunately, it turned out that my a/​c compressor and motor are now toast – can’t be repaired. I’ll have to replace the unit, but not until Monday. That’s no reflection on this company, though – they went above and beyond the call of duty to try to fix it tonight. And they’ll credit my service call fee (VERY reasonable) towards the new unit and installation.
