Great service, called today and they had a tech in my area who stopped by, fixed furnace… done for the price of a service call. Thank you.

Had an issue with my furnace turning on but not heating up the house. Dan and Mark arrived promptly for a 1000 am appointment. They found two problems the first being a faulty thermostat, the second a dirty ignitor. Job done in an hour and a half. Would recommend these guys for your furnace issues.

I called about an AC leak and Dan arrived within 90 minutes! Unbelievable. I’d called another HVAC contractor first and couldn’t get an appointment for 2 weeks! Dan cleared a blocked line within minutes and my AC is working again. My husband will be very happy wihen he arrives to a cool home tonight!

Great service. I called Arctic Air for a quote for repairs needed to our condenser unit in the attic. They provided a reasonable quote, came out quickly and got the job done. It was a hot day and I know they sweltered in the attic during their repairs. I just wanted to take a moment and thank them for their hard work and a job well done.

Our AC went out this week during a hot spell and, while everyone was telling me ‘next week’ Artic Air took pity on us and fit us into their schedule. They came out about 5 hours later and even called to see if they could come out early! Dan arrived and was nice, clean and efficient. An hour later we had cold air and a very reasonable bill. Artic Air is great.

They came to fix a leak for me. It was a iterative process to locate and fix the leak. The guy was very committed and always came without asking for any additional $$ (the original ask was very competitive too).

After calling a few other places, only to get their answering machine, I then called Arctic Air and the Owner answered my call on the first ring! Now that is service! He sent someone out that very same day and within a few hours they fixed my A/​C!

It’s late July and as Murphy’s Law would have it, my AC unit quit blowing cold air. I called two companies, and both had recordings. I waited an hour or so for their reply. No one called back and now the upstairs floor was reaching 88 degrees. Desparation was setting in as it is Saturday afternoon and I can see myself baking for the weekend. Fortunately, I have a great electrician and thought to call him for a possible referral. Hi gave me Art’s number and told me to wait a few minutes while he called Art to tell him I was going to call him. I called Artic Air a few minutes later and Art answered, and before I could say anything, he asked if I was Juan. I told him the fan was not running and the AC was not blowing cold air. He said «I know what it is; don’t panic, I am sending my tech Dan, he will be there within the hour. True to his word, 45 minutes later Dan arrives and in less than 10 minutes he had the AC unit opened and had diagnosed the problem! «The capacitor he said!!!» Back to the Future came to mind! He ran to the AC supply place and in an hour he had the AC cranking some seriously cold air. I know we are all spoiled, but really, who can live without AC in the summer if they live inland. The point is, GREAT costumer service, FAST! Dan was super courteous and clean cut. Super reasonable considering it was an after regular hours emergency call. Now I have a great electrician and AC guys I can count on. Easy decision, you can confidently call these guys. Thanks Art and Dan!

I would highly recommend Art and Arctic Air for HVAC repair or installation. They repaired my 90 year old mom’s HVAC unit and did the job professionally and for ½ the cost that another predatory company quoted. I would highly recommend this company.

He is very patient and help us find what’s wrong with our AC. he did a good job in it. I bought a new panel from homedepot and he help us installed it. It works great! the price is also good. Recommend!

Just had Art and his crew out to do routine pre-​summer maintenance on our home HVAC systems. Art also came out in the fall to check our heaters and get us ready for the winter. I really appreciate the preventative maintenance plan they offer. It is affordable and it offers me the peace of mind that everything is ready to go when the next heat-​wave hits.
These guys are efficient and do an excellent job explaining what needs to be done (if you’re interested in that stuff like I am). Art also took the time to consult with me when I asked lots of questions about upgrading my ancient system.
