Description

Specialties

My name is Britta Staub; I am a certified dog trainer. I have a degree from the Animal Behavior College in California, I am a member in good standing with the Association of Pet Dog Trainers and I am certified by the Red Cross in canine first aid. As a dog trainer I know that all dogs want to follow the rules of their pack leader, so I feel it is up to us, the responsible dog owners, to learn how to be the best pack leader we can for our dogs. Otherwise the dogs will assume the leadership role, this will lead to problems.

The emphasis of my training methods is on POSITIVE dog training and consistency in the handlers/owners. I will teach you how to control your dog without causing stress to the animal. No dog is untrainable, the handler just needs to know how to make the dog focus on him or her and the rest is easy.

No dog is too much for me to handle! !

History

Established in 2009.

In 2009 I graduated from The Animal Behavior College and finished my internship at JNC Training in Hawaii. I volunteered in the Hawaiian Humane Society as a dog trainer for 2 years. I am a member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers. Dogs are my passion and I wish to help as many dogs as I can to live happy healthy lives. Over the past few years my husband and I have had the opportunity to work with many dogs and improve their lives and easy the stress of their owners.

Business Owner

I worked for 20 years as a physical therapist in many major Berlin hospitals in my native Germany. I was a sub 3-hour marathon runner. My running took me to Hawaii where I met my Husband. We got married in 2000. I formed Aspire Dog Training because I experienced over priced and under informed dog trainers while training my own dog. I hope through my company to be able to help many dogs live happy healthy lives
