Beware! they advertise they serve san diego county. Yes BUT – they should say east county. true it does say ten mile within the 131 zip code but they should not say san diego county.
they will charge you 65.00 for trip fee or you can spend an extra hundred to get rid of the fee. very misleading. Groupon was kind enough to allow me to use my purchase on another groupon service.

This company keeps changing names to avoid their bad reputation. Ask for a refund when you catch wind of the horrible business ethics. You’re not even getting a deal! All the add ons cost you more than paying regular price with a reputable company — i.e., extra for screens, tracks inside, travel fees! I would bet the high star ratings are friends/​family or themselves in disguise.

I called yesterday to redeem an Amazon Local Voucher, he called me back in the same day. I scheduled the service for this morning, windows, screens, and one door. It looks awesome! David was very polite and professional. I would use them again.

I was hesitant to buy a Groupon for this company for all the mixed reviews, but was so positively surprised! Scheduling was easy and convenient, even on our tight schedule. David and his crew did a phenomenal job and best of all, they were really courteous and respectful when moving around furniture and small items making sure nothing would break. These guys were super fun and friendly, and the whole operation in our two story house was done is less that 2 hours! Would sincerely recommend them for anyone!

Dave did not return my call the first go round, however he did call after I left a second message. He and crew showed up on time and did a great job.
His bad reviews has probably hit home with him since so many people rely on Unilocal for information and reviews. I’m sure he’ll be more responsive since he realizes that good service will be recognized and bad service will cause him to lose business. I’m inclined to bet that in the future you will get quick replies and excellent service.

Dishonest person is olé’ David’s Window Washing. Don’t waste your energy or time. Purchased a deal with one of the coupon fold (don’t remember if it was Living Social or Groupon) but… after numerous attempts to contact on phone and via website it was finally scheduled. When I asked if I actually needed to be around when he did the work he happily said ‘no, just leave the coupon in your mailbox’ Should have been my 1^st clue. What did he do? He drove to my house, grabbed the coupon and left. Scammer! I got my money back from LS or Groupon but I’d hate to see other people ripped off by this dishonest good-​for-​nothing

I purchased a Groupon for our windows. David called about two days after I filled out his website form to make an appointment. He was courteous and knowledgeable about my area… which is still new enough that it confuses most service companies. He called the morning of the appointment and said that he was running early and wanted to know if we could move up the appointment. I agreed. He showed up on time and ready to work. My windows and screens (for an extra fee) were cleaned in record time and sparkle! Thank you, David! We’ll call you again, if we need it.

I’m not going to hesitate before writing this review. I bought a Groupon deal for a two story home. Scheduling was a breeze and David was very accommodating when I had to make a change a few days prior to my original scheduled date. I’m not going to lie — these windows were dirty! They were on my elderly mother’s home and had not been cleaned in 3 years. When I arrived home I couldn’t believe my eyes. We could see the sparkle on the outside as we drove up the driveway. The windows were spotless. My mother was thrilled and so was I. I almost let some other reviews convince me not to purchase — I am so glad that I didn’t let them sway me. I will certainly recommend David to anyone wanting a window cleaning company who takes pride in the quality of service they provide.

I bought 2 living social vouchers last summer and was able to redeem them on 2 houses in the same day. I didn’t like having to pay 2 separate traveling fees since the houses were in Chula Vista but I paid it.
They arrived on time and did an amazing job. The quality of work and customer service was exceptional. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends/​family.

If I could give this place no star I would. Wrote via his website to inquire about scheduling an appointment since in know the living social voucher I bought was about to expire. No one ever called me back and it was only after contacting him three times that I got on Unilocal and saw all the bad reviews. Should’ve done my homework before i bought the deal. Trying to get refund from living social but def DO NOT give this guy any business.
It’s one thing if he was just really overbooked, but the fact that the people who actually got serviced was not even happy with the service, that really speaks for him as a business person. If he cashed out one time on these Boucher type deals, I would hate for him to get away with it again of he ever tried to do the deal again via other sites like groupon. I almost never have any issues with any of my vouchers from other vendors so this experience has really taught me to do my homework before jumping into a what seems to be a great deal.

Despite al the bad reviews i had a good experience!!! He did what he said for the price he said and was there when he said he was going to be. I would recommend him!

We used David two times in the last 5 months and have been very happy with his work. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and he showed up on time. Cleaned my single story house and my fathers two story townhouse inside and out and did a fabulous job. Price was very reasonable. We will use him again.

I bought a LivingSocial coupon for this service. I tried calling many times to schedule an appointment. He never returned my calls or texts. Eventually, David called me back and we scheduled an appointment. HE NEVER SHOWED UP FOR THE APPOINTMENT! I called and called to find out why he was a no show but NO RESPONSE. Finally, sending him a text message stating I was going to Unilocal him and contact the BBB he text me back saying «the day was overbooked, so small jobs get last priority.» I had an appointment and he blew this job off? Ridiculous. Then he stated he was booked until Nov 15 when the coupon expires. I will be contacting LivingSocial for a refund. This guy is a complete fraud! He is rude and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

I believe that Mr. David bit off a little more than he could chew with his deal /​voucher advertising. I too purchased a voucher through LivingSocial and have spent the last 2 months trying to schedule an appt. It wasn’t until I complained to LS that I received a call back, the same day in fact. Mr. David told me he was swamped with ppl trying to redeem their vouchers last minute. My voucher didn’t expire until the middle of Nov, so that’s when I knew he overbooked with these advertising companies. He told me the ONLY appt he had available was the following Monday morning at 7am. Monday morning rolls around, I wake up an hr earlier than normal for this appt, and of course he’s a no show. I left 2 voicemails and sent to 2 text messages, still no response. I finally called up LivingSocial and got my money back. Thank you David’s Window Washing for greedily overbooking and wasting my time!

Bought a cupon for David’s Window Washing. Had problems scheduling due to the response to the cupons — understandable. What I had a problem with was the drive charge he wanted to charge that was not stated on the cupon. I live in 92 104, and the cupon said Distance restrictions apply: service area includes San Diego County. When I questioned this he argued and hung up.

David’s Window Washing is fabulous! Not only are their prices reasonable, they do a great job washing windows — inside and out, upstairs and downstairs. They were very easy to schedule — and showed up a few minutes early and they cleaned all of the windows in the amount of time originally estimated. So there was no impact to my busy schedule.
I’ll be calling them again. And I highly recommend them to everyone! I’m quite a picky customer so I’m actually surprised that I can rate this window cleaning service so highly. Clean and shiny windows for all!
