Dog Days Ranch

I honestly can’t give Dog Days Ranch anything but 5 stars! My ‘one of a kind’ pup Rango has been going there for over a year now. I like to think of DDR as a free range doggie day care. No kennels and no paying extra for playtime, because at the Ranch it’s playtime all day! Their skilled, loving, and friendly staff are there with the dogs around the clock. Their ‘office’ is a table out back in the play yard.
They only board well behaved and socialized dogs. To insure this, they will have you bring your dog for a day so they can see how he/​she interacts with the other dogs. I think this interview process is wonderful and I never worry that Rango would be harmed by another dog.
Lastly, Rango’s excitement about going to DDR speaks for itself. When I bring him to the gate he runs in without a second look back at me. I know he is happy to be there, and that makes it a lot easier to enjoy a vacation without worrying about my pup.

I have two active dogs (a golden and a chocolate lab), I have always wanted to know that they are going to get enough love and exercise while I am away (vs hanging out in a cage with only 15 minutes of play time here a day). Anyone who has dogs who needs social interaction know what I mean.
Dogs Day Ranch is an amazing place! It’s a place my dogs feel very comfortable at, they get to play whenever they want and have a place to sleep if they want a break too. I can’t stress enough how well the staff treat these dogs, they are all family!

Michelle, Earl, Max, Evan, and everyone else who has a hand in caring for the dogs at The Ranch are truly skilled and loving. My standard poodle, Megan, has been staying with them for regular day care and some overnights for about 8 years. She feels as much at home there as with me. I love the attention to her behavior that everyone there gives, the obvious affection that they have for her, and that they are concerned for her mental AND physical well being. Now, the physical layout of The Ranch is awesome too. There is plenty of room to freely roam and play outside, and a nice comfy place indoors for those pups that want to chill (like my Megan does). This is a top notch place with fantastic staff.

I have been a raving fan of Dog Days Ranch ever since I started bringing my two dogs here a year ago. My neighbors are longtime clients and I knew exactly where to go when I wanted my new puppy to be socialized in a safe, well-​supervised environment. I also wanted my older dog to spend time playing with other dogs that are well behaved like he is.
I appreciate how thorough they are in the interview process, as I know that the other dogs they’ll meet here are safe & healthy. I am always impressed with the variety of dogs I see here: big ones, small ones, puppies (lots of puppies), older dogs, every breed you can imagine. Best of all, they are not barking or out of control here. They are always playing nicely which is great to see.
If you love your dog (s) like I do, and want them to be cared like family, know that they will be treated well here. Michelle and her staff are meticulous about cleanliness, and very willing to help with special requests like giving medicine, or picking up/​dropping off at specific times.
When I pick them up, 100% of the time they are exhausted from playing! Michelle or one of the staff always share with me what they were up to today, who they played with, something cute that they did, etc.
I know that bringing my dogs here have made them into better pets, and I can’t imagine many places can offer exactly that. :)

I’ve lived in a few major cities, and taken my dogs to several different places for boarding. Dog Days Ranch is hands down the best! Dogs are free to roam the spacious property, and are well supervised and cared for by the staff. Michelle is absolutely customer (and dog) first, and goes out of her way to work with you regardless of the request. LOVE THIS PLACE!

I always bring my chocolate lab to Dog Days Ranch when I have to work all day or go out of town. Michelle and the staff there are friendly, always reachable, and I trust them completely to know how to care for my baby! Highly recommended, personable service for doggy care.

I love the personal attention Michelle gives each and every dog here. It is such a fun environment for the dogs and safe. It is a big dog heaven for when you have to travel.

My two, very active, sporting dogs go to doggie daycare at Dog Days Ranch. They love it, and come home exhausted. I’ve recommended Michelle to quite a few other dog owners. A wonderful bonus is the pickup and delivery of the dogs. There is nowhere else I’d send my dogs for daycare than Michelle at Dog Days Ranch.

My sweet Violet (18 mo lab) is over the moon about this place! Michelle was very kind to meet with me, answer all of my questions and spend time reviewing her medical record/​vaccinations and getting to know our dog. It’s a been a great relief to know how much fun she has at Dog Days Ranch and how excited she gets to visit her puppy peeps. It’s peace of mind if I have to be out of town for the day. She comes home tired and happy. Violet’s trainer from Great Dogs Training and my neighbor both highly recommended Michelle and her place — and I am very grateful!
