Most offices would do anything they could to get you out of there prior to punching the «we’re closed» clock. I needed a new set of specks and they spent at least 30 minutes past their closing time to help me find the perfect pair. The office is located in an older part of town that looks a bit rundown. Dr. Januik and his staff are knowledgable and extremely patient. This is the office I would recommend if you want to see something beyond a simple eye exam.

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Janiuk will take the time to explain the process of the exam and what’s going on with your vision. The rest of the staff is also really helpful and patient.

Extremely bad customer service. Inconvenient and inexperienced. It’s almost as if they have no clue on how to accomplish their job. I’m considering the Wal-​Mart optometrist, which sadly, is probably 100% better than this hobbit hole… Full of hobbits…

I have been going to Dr. Janiuk and Dr. Conrad since I was 8 years old, and have never had an issue with their services, until now. Personally, I expect the highest level of service and professionalism when dealing with any type of doctor, I don’t know where the hiring process went wrong, but Lisa needs to learn the value of treating customers with respect. She is the most rude and least helpful person I have encountered in their office. I had hoped that my bad experience would be resolved with a phone call to the office manager, Paul, but no. It worries me that an aging optometry practice seems to have no concern for keeping long term clients around, and even was so rude to suggest that I visit a one-​hour optometry place instead… Seriously?
At this point it seems like they have no interest in keeping my business. I will miss both doctors, but they need to get their office staff in check.

This is the first time I’ve ever gone to Dr. Janiuk’s office. The office was very organize, clean and very welcoming. The staff was polite, helpful, accomodating and very professional. I was very impress with Dr. Janiuk’s expertise and ability to identify my needs by listening and thru careful observation and testing. He addressed all my questions and needs. Costumer service was excellent. I will definitely come back and actively endorse this place to everyone including my families and friends. I am very happy to say that my eyesight has improved a lot-​never thought that our world could be so «HD clear»!!

Treating people with care and respect is paramount to me. Therefore, I’ve been seeing Dr. Januik for over 12 years. The staff in his office are always extremely helpful and courteous. You are not left wondering about anything. Everyone is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk with. The few times I’ve had to see Dr. Conrad were great as well. There is no drive-​through mentality here. These doctors know how to care for people and treat them with respect. By the way… the choice and quality of products is wonderful. The frames are always up-​to-​date and reasonable… I have never had a problem with my prescription. The attention to detail is impecable. I will be a patient for many more years to come.

I have been coming to the Janiuk & Conrad office since I was 5 years old. so it’s been about 25 years that I have been seeing these doctors. I highly recommend them.
