Every homeowner needs «a guy» (or girl!) — that person who’s your go-​to on a certain thing, be it roofing, electric, plumbing, irrigation, the pool, trees, etc. We’ve been in our house a little over four years now and have played Unilocal Roulette for various jobs. The casual racist window cleaner, the dirty plumber, the overly political windshield repairman, and so on.
With Rich, I think we’ve found the answer to a lot of these problems moving forward. He did some paint work around a newly-​installed french door, nothing major, but the quality of the job, the rate, the friendliness, the good communication and the THANK YOU CARD WE GOT from him for giving him our business all pointed to us feeling like we no longer have to keep rolling the dice when we have an issue that needs resolving.

Rich did several miscellaneous jobs to spruce up the bathrooms in our house and did a great job. He is also very professional and works efficiently. Shows up on time, responsive, and good attention to detail. Definitely highly recommend him and intend to have him do other work in the future.

Rich came and installed toilet seats, towel racks, and toilet paper holders for me. He was prompt, professional, and did exceptional work. He even went above and beyond, by offering to cut the towel racks down to a better size for my walls. I’m using him again to move a gas line, and plan on calling him back later to hook my surround sound ceiling speakers back up, etc. I highly recommend Rich. Such a nice guy, so accommodating, and really great work!

We just moved into a new pad and I needed help hanging curtains, a heavy mirror and mounting a TV. Rich came right over and knocked it out. He was clean and fast and did a superb job. He had a good sense of humor and was very personable. We are hiring him to install ceiling fans next.

I came across Rich from Honor Handyman and totally worth it. We needed a washer water pan installed underneath the washer and connected to the drain pipe in our laundry room upstairs. Rich set up an appointment with me for the next day service, and finished the job in 1 hr. or little less. He was very professional, friendly and very nice. I would totally recommend him for handy work, my husband and I are thinking of using him for our future handy work needed around the house. We want to install hardwood floors upstairs including stairs, and we are definitely calling Rich for this job. I will definitely call him again, and would recommend to others. Also his prices seem very reasonable. I am very happy to have found him. Definitely use him for any home maintenance you might need. Thanks!

i needed a vanity added upstairs and put out feelers to various companies for an estimate. Rich called me right away and gave me enough information in a message that I knew right away to hire him.
