This program changed my life. I struggled with a continuous cycle of unhealthy and addictive behaviors. I was controlling, angry, lost, negative, inflexible and depressed. I struggled with jealousy, and the inability to take responsibility for my actions and to allow others to be who they are without being offended by it. I couldn’t understand why bad things kept happening to me, I was a victim. Lifeskills is an eye opening program. It gives you knowledge to help you understand why you are the way that you are, react the way that you do, and why you see the same unhealthy patterns in your life. The thing that sets this program apart from anything else, are the tools that you receive. When used consistently, they help guide you through the healing process and walk you out of denial. This program is NO joke. You will learn things about yourself that can be hard to swallow, but if you are willing to dig deep and take responsibility for yourself, and DO THE WORK you to WILL see changes. Facilitators are real people who have real life experience. The material is solid and even if it is just read out of the manual (which it’s not) will stand on its own.

This class is amazing! I don’t know all I know is being broken and feeling like I cannot go any longer as a freshly divorced mother of 4, wicked past that wont stop haunting me and a self a esteem beyond zero with my actions and behaviors. I crawled up the stairs in an attempt to try one more thing before i was going to take my life. I had an overwhelming feeling come over me as I filled the intake sheet out and knew I could no longer say I was a 5 when I was really a 10. So I told the truth all the way down the list and said Im going to go all in and be in my seat and do my work. I have never over the last 29 yrs of counseling and programs had a course that put it in such simple terms and gave you an Amazing instructor to teach and walk you through step by step with worksheets and class discussions that were vital to the whole plan of this course. My results have been ” I am a woman that Loves herself for the first time and values herself enough to keep hitting life head on as I have so many great tools, skills and knowledge of what I once lacked and now I am enjoying my children and relationships to a full connection. I guess that’s why I have taken the class 3 times and I’m in phase 2 class 5 and look forward to being in my seat every week! I have had my daughter 18 just graduate phase 1 and her father which we have not seen for the past 11 yrs come in and take the class! I don’t know all I know is thank you JESUS FOR LIFESKILLS! YOUR WORTH THE INVESTMENT!!!
