McDonald’s

I am giving this McDonald’s a great review because of the lady at the drive-​thru taking orders and money during the week. I’ve been going here for over a year during the week, just to pop in and get a soda or a sandwhich, and it’s people like this lady that makes McD’s a great company. Very friendly and consistent service. The people interfacing to the customers is everything.
Overall, I’ve enjoyed stopping into this McD’s, it’s kept clean and updated, and it’s nice to see locals coming here for their morning coffee and newspaper.

This McDonalds sucks completely. Poor service. People working here dont know what the fuck they are doing.

ill tell you right now do not eat at this location!!! overcharged me and yet they wont do anything about it! this place is a stealing unfriendly unprofessional scam!!!

Health inspector should plan a surprise visit soon. I saw some sketchy food handling in addition to unsanitary arias. Waitress was nice though, thank you!

I actually called in first looking for the Happy Meal My Little Ponies since most McD’s had already switched over to the next toy promo. Asella (spelling?), the manager, I believe, took the time to check what they had on hand and was extremely sweet on the phone. I dropped in for my ponies and picked up a couple of Sausage and Egg McMuffins on my way out (breakfast ALL DAY is seriously one of the best things to happen to McD). I was helped quickly and my food was out in a jiff. Best experience at a McDonald’s thus far!

Coffee was lukewarm. Food was cold. And I had to wait 10 minutes for my cold food. Maybe I got them on a bad day…

Fifteen minute for one cheeseburger? No one eats here because it’s delicious. It’s supposed to be convenient and FAST. This location will go out of business with this type of service.

Good Food, Dirty Bathroom, Bad Service, Offensive Words From The Kitchen
Stopped here last night (9÷22÷15) for dinner. The food was good. Everything after that was disappointing. I got the Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad, everything was crisp and good, no issue there. But I decided to stay a little longer and work on some homework.
And later, nature called, so I entered the bathroom to find toilet paper on the floor and some strange pink residue splattered all over the toilet seat. So I quietly asked the young guy at the front counter if someone could please clean the restroom as I wanted to use it but did not find the conditions tolerable. He said he’d be right on it, so I sat down and held off for a bit. 10 minutes later I get up to check the restroom and see if they’ve sent someone over to clean it yet. No change. I approach the counter again and bring up my request to the nearest person who happens to be the manager. She assures me that «he» (the kid I’d asked) was going «right now». I look back as she gestures and see him in his lime green shirt languidly spraying dishes down in the back. So I sit back down for another five or so minutes and try to focus on my homework. (Seriously, how long does it take to quickly wipe down a bathroom?!)
Finally the urge is getting too strong to ignore, so I get up and check the restroom again. Nothing. I debated going back again to ask, but at this point I couldn’t wait any longer, so I gathered my strength and used the facility while avoiding the seat. Afterwards I notified yet a third employee in a blue shirt about my dissatisfaction and said he could inform the manager woman.
I sat back down to continue my work, and from my booth seat which was not close to the kitchen, I heard the manager speaking loudly to her employees about something not being there or turned or whatever, the subject was not important because it was drowned out in my mind by the words, «Am I retarded, or is this _​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​?? I must be retarded! I must be retarded…» Woe be into her if she ever let that crap slip and there was a customer with a disorder themselves or a family member who has one…

Very bad service. Wrong orders done for not just me but many others and there’s cashier clerks on their phones while there’s a line being formed and not for tech support on the registers because they functioned correctly. This place has always been subpar…

Found a booger with hair on it in fries… too scared to eat the burgers. Bathroom was disgusting

My daughter went in to this location at around 3 pm today to apply for a job. She was given an application but as she walked away the two employees behind the counter started talking about how disgusting she is. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told I was speaking to him and his name is Kevin. I explained what happened, Kevin apologized and assured me he would talk to both employees then call me back. After an hour and half, I realized I was just given the brush off and my daughter was still devastated. I got in my car and drove down there. When I arrived the same 2 employees who called my daughter disgusting were there. One of them is Joshua and the other was a girl whose name I didn’t catch due to the fact her name badge wasn’t obvious. I had to find out why two people could be so cruel to somebody whom neither employee has ever met. I asked for Kevin, he came out, I told him who I was and he was RUDE. Obviously, he never spoke to the employees and had absolutely no intention to do so. So, I berated the two employees right in front of Kevin who just stood there looking like he wanted to jump the counter and tear me up. NOBODY apologized for their conduct and nobody denied what they did either. As I left, they ALL LAUGHED. Not one person in this world has the right to be cruel to another based upon their looks or how that person was dressed or AT ALL!!! Why put this here? These are the sort of employees that take great amusement at the expense of another person therefore they would most likely spit into a beverage or on a burger of a customer whom they thought was disgusting. Don’t eat at this McDonalds.

McDonald’s has really been struggling in the past few years. I don’t know if its due to their stagnation from being top dog for so long but other places have really been stepping up their game. That being said, since McDonald’s in San Diego have been serving breakfast items round the clock it has persuaded me to come in more often since McD’s breakfast will always taste nostalgic despite the health implications;)
Anyway, this place is fine as far as McDonald’s go… no major flaws in service or cleanliness but the place is looking dated in general. Aside from a few nicer pieces of furniture in the center, the place looks like I remember… from the 80’s.

We go there once or twice a month. Never had a bad meal (it’s MickyDs you know what you get). Staff is friendly and place is clean.

They deserve a minus Star! How can a Mc Donald screw up French fries? Ordered nuggets and a large fry for my grandkids, had to wait in spot 2 (drive thru) for them to cook fries. It was NOT busy. When I opened the bag at my daughters house… Half of the French fries missing … Is this why I waited? This location is the worst! They employ the village idiots and have managers that could care less. Phone call to corporate office in the works, maybe they can straighten up this franchise location that screws everything up, every time.

This is absolutely the worst McDonalds ever. My daughter went last night and asked me if I wanted anything. Just a large fry. Mcdonalds has the best fries ever! Unless you get them here. They were barely cooked. Still cold on the inside! I used to get my coffee here in the mornings too, consistently get the order wrong. They will even ask «do you want salsa with that?» «Yes»…but it on the receipt and forget the salsa!!! There is another McDonalds just across the 15 in PQ. It’s worth driving the extra mile to go to that one. Trust me.

Okay. When someone says no tomato on a premium wrap. They mean no tomato! I ordered a premium wrap chicken and on the outside they add a tag saying no tomato, But on the inside of the wrap there were two slices of tomato. This place really needs to get there crap in order.

Filet O Fish Fridays!!!:) Going on till end of the year I hear! ;)

I normally would not post on Unilocal.However, I tried to call them several times and they did not pick up the phone and there was no recording, so…
I just got home after picking up food at the drive thru. Not happy now that I’m home about 3 miles away.
We ordered the following five things:
1) A double hamburger with bacon, lettuce and ketchup. They forgot the bacon, even though the receipt shows it on it.
2) A spicy chicken and bacon sandwich. They prepared this correctly.
3) Large fries. These were great — McDonald’s fries are always great at every McD’s.
4) Vanilla shake. It tastes very sour. Of course my son drank about half of it until he noticed. Maybe it’s the whip cream that you don’t get until the end. I hope he doesn’t get sick.
5) Chocolate shake. It was sour from the start…
3 out 5 things ordered were either wrong, or gone bad.
I’m praying that we don’t get food poisoning.
By the way, the young man that took our order and money at the window was very cordial and happy-​go-​lucky. In fact, my son commented that he had never seen a person at McDonald’s so pleasant.
I hope management gets this message so they can make appropriate corrections.

I’ve been coming here since I was a kid and my memories are of the huge hamburger tree playground structure! Haha. Now, there is a new tree with a huge slide. I appreciate this play structure as the 2 ½ year old I nanny for, can manage climbing the stairs of the rather tall tree, without any problems. He loves it.
Service is very good. Every now and then an order is incorrect but they always do make it right.
The food is fried & fattening but often tasty on days when nothing else can taste as good as french fries and a coke.

With the Unilocal Talk abuzz about the new Maple & Fruit oatmeal recently, it was on my to-​try list.
With my coupon in hand, I went today. It was pretty good. I love the fruit combination. The oatmeal part was also good. With the maple mixed in, there was a nice hint of sweetness – sweeter than Jamba Juice’s.
Both are yummy, yet different oatmeal options.
The many times I’ve been here, the service has been good. Nothing extraordinary for a fast food place. Nothing I’d complain about either. Four stars, the best I’d give to a McDonalds unless something super delicious happens.

The strawberry banana smoothie is also pretty good. Tasted like strawberries and bananas – plain and simple.
