The manager Drew and their exhaust guy hooked me up with Exhaust! Bought a ford racing exhaust system online and they hooked it up and added custom piping for a great sound. The exhaust guy was very knowledgeable and experienced And they guaranteed the welds. Thanks guys!

Drew is awesome! We brought our vehicle in to have the check engine light looked at. Drew was so friendly and helpful. He let us know all of our options and I did not feel like he was attempting to scare us into having work done. I have seen that in the past with this location so we stopped coming here for a while. We will be having our vehicles serviced here again because of Drew.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. The manager Drew was so friendly! He took care of me and my car with care and compassion. He was so busy, but made me feel like my car and customer satisfaction was his top priority. Speedy oil change, and had free complimentary Keurig coffee and tea! Such an amazing experience, you can bet 100% I’ll be back! Thanks for making this a pain-​free and enjoyable experience. Will recommend to all of my friends in the area. These guys are top notch.

Oh man… If you are in need of ANY automotive services, go here first. Not only did these guys do an outstanding job doing the front brakes on my Mini Cooper, they even helped me out when I did the back ones and my Amazon ordered pads disintegrated! They hooked me up with new pads and had me ready to go in just an hour. The guys are extremely knowledgable and helpful. Go here before you go anywhere else!

Ask for Drew! He is the best! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly! I started smelling gasoline off and on in my car and knew I had a problem, took it to the Honda dealership and jiffy Lube, both told me I didn’t have a problem… turns out out Drew knew right away I had a leak, in the fuel module and needed to be replaced right away… I am very lucky to be alive! My car could have blown up or been consumed in flames had it not been for Drew trouble shooting the problem! I highly recommend Midas of poway and ask for Drew!

Since my initial great experience with this Midas, I have return several times with both cars. I have had the brakes air and tires replaced and am still amazed by the high level of service, great work, low prices and honesty here.
Drew is the Manager and makes you feel that he would do most anything to make you happy with the services.
This is our new spot for car repairs and tires!

Let me start by saying that I never expected what happened in a chain auto repair service. I was about to get a smog check and had a brake light out. Tried to do it myself but it proved more cumbersome. Anyways, I had the bulbs (which turned out to be wrong), so initially Blaine quoted me $ 0 for labor. After realizing that I gave him the wrong bulb, he put one on his own and still charged me nothing. It’s so nice to occasionally face a random act of kindness. Kudos to Blaine.

I came and dropped my Audi off at this location because I had a flat tire. I did not buy my tires here and when I dropped off the car the bay’s were all full and the service writer told me he would try to squeeze me in if I could leave my car for an hour or so… When I returned he handed me he keys and told me I was good to go. This type of customer service is hard to find especially when this was my first experience at this location. They repaired my tire for free and with quick and friendly service even tho they were slammed. I would highly recommend this Midas to anyone.

I’ve taken both my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle around 12 times over the past three years to this location. The management staff is professional and courteous. They’ve provided honest opinions on the work that needs to be done. The team works quickly no matter how busy it gets. And it’s safe to say that they offer some of the best deals imaginable on the parts that they put in.
I’m skeptical of mechanics simply because I know nothing about cars and feel this sense that I’m getting ripped off. However, these guys do a great job the first time and give you a fair deal.
Even my wife was comfortable going by herself. A lot of women don’t feel comfortable going to a mechanic because of the fear of getting ripped off, but she feels completely comfortable going in there because she doesn’t feel that way.
I would highly recommend this place and it’s the only place I prefer to get my cars serviced.

My boyfriend’s car had a break change in Midas Chula Vista location. A few months later, the break started to have some problems. Unfortunately, Chula Vista location is closed. We came to Midas in Poway and were helped by Drew. He tried his best to help us and was able fixed our issues. I was very thankful that this shop actually cares and really want the best for their customers.

I had an issue with the Midas at Chula Vista. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to resolve my problem since their location close down. I came to Midas at Poway and they were able to solve everything out. Ask for Drew, he’s the manager there. He’s a very polite guy, that has his heart in the right place. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is one of their priorities. I would definitely recommend this auto shop to anyone who is in need. 5 STARS FOR THEIR SERVICE!!!

A Poway Firestone shop quoted me $ 350 for new front rotors and pads and rear drum breaks needing only cleaning and adjusting (’03 Tacoma). The break inspection was $ 20 which would be applied to the end cost. Even with an appointment, Firestone said it would take 3 hours. I had noone to pick me up and didn’t look forward to sitting in their waiting area for 3 hours (not even a TV to watch and 5 year old magazines).
I decided to call Midas of Poway. The owner, Victor, quoted me $ 275 over the phone and said he could get it done in about 2 hours. Sure enough it took them a little over an hour and a forty five minutes, without an appointment. My experience with Midas of Poway was very satisfactory.
I forfeited my $ 20 brake inspection fee to Firestone, but still saved $ 30 and over an hours time wait, which was fine with me. Midas of Poway doesn’t charge for break inspections, inferior places like Firestone do.

I always bring my car here for oil changes. Today I needed to get my tire fixed. They are honest and quick. I like that no matter if I walk in or have an appointment their kind service never wavers. Genuine good guys.
Might I add that in a female and I am not up charged or spoken to in any demeaning way by them.

I have been going to Jiffy Lube for ever (just because of the convenience) until they kept raising thier prices for no reason, it was getting ridiculous! Recently I discovered Midas for my oil change services and they were awesome! The staff was very friendly, Drew was who helped me And he mentioned they even do inspections and everything for your car. The prices are very reasonable, so yes I would highly recommend any car services with Midas! Thanks again.

Great service! The desk attendant is very polite and will help you as much as he can. He offered some fluid change services which I was hesitant about but I checked and they did need a replacement. He got my car maintained and ready to go for many more miles. I would recommend this location to get maintenance done in a timely manner.

GM said it would be 30 – 45 minutes, I brought my own oil and filter.
90 minutes later, I came back and started pacing… should change the name from SpeeDee Oil Change to SlowAss Oil Change.
In this time, I checked out a Big5 and RiteAid, and had lunch at KFC. It’s on the tech… not sure what he was doing, but my truck was in the pit, and drain plug out for 20 minutes before the oil cans were even moved from the floor.
The price was right, $ 20.00…but time is worth something too, and I had other things to do. 1 star for service, 3 stars for price, and I’m looking for another place to go for an oil change next time. I have used this location exclusively for the last two years for maintenance, and have had varying degrees of satisfying experiences. However, this review is indicative of the overall experience.
Kick it up a notch fellas, people are not visiting for your charming personalities.
