It’s that place which brings happiness and peace to my soul. The location of this Sikh Temple(Gurudwara Sahib) is very apt considering the surroundings. I have always felt that a place of worship in the vicinity of the mother nature is the best spot. I was in San Diego for my vacations and it was Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Gurpurab(Birthday) who was the tenth Guru of Sikhs. So I wanted to make sure that I visit the sikh temple. Gurudwara is huge with a very good amount parking space for the sangat(visitors).People from all faiths and religions are always welcomed in the temple. Sikhism endorses the concept of community kitchen where everbody is served free food. The food served includes all vegetarian dishes ranging from dal(lentil soup), vegetable curry, rice, roti(bread), dahi(curd), kheer(dessert) etc. I felt really nice after visiting the Gurudwara Sahib in Poway.
