History

Established in 2010.

SD Equity Partners was started by Liila Harris, a resident of San Diego for over 20 years. Liila desires for her investor clients to be able to achieve financial freedom through their real estate investments and have the real estate rehabbers be able to count on her to fund their projects in a timely manner.

SD Equity Partners has created a system to enable their investor client’s needs to be aligned with the timelines of the borrowers, to create positive experiences with open communication and profitable results.

Business Owner

Liila Harris has been providing excellence in lending for over 15 years and is the owner of SD Equity Partners.

Liila grew up working in her parent’s real estate and property management office in Sacramento and came to San Diego to attend college in 1991, when she began working in banking and property management. After receiving a business degree, she earned her real estate broker’s license and began working in multiple facets of the industry.

She enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids who are active in the business as well.
