We are an on-​call hauling and recycling service that utilizes a full size pick up truck with a fast response time. We can fit into tight spaces, alleys, and apartment complexes that larger trucks cannot. If what you need hauled away can fit into the back of our large pickup, then we are your #1 choice in San Diego!

Hauling rates start at $ 50 for quick pickups of single recyclable items or non-​bulky yard waste. Your estimate will be based on the size of the load, as well as the overall weight and types of items we’re picking up. Landfills charge more for heavy and bulky items. Yard waste and recyclable items are less expensive to drop off. Please remember that your estimate includes our pick-​up and hauling service fee, as well as all fees charged by the landfill to dispose of the items.

Established in 2013.

We bought this business in 2013 and have seen rapid growth in a short amount of time. Our goal is to provide a high level of customer service while establishing a fair pricing platform. We have found success and many return customers through hard, honest reliable work. Our pricing is a pretty simple idea and many might think its crazy. We can 9 times out of 10 ask our customers what there budget is and if this budget is fair complete the job for that price. We treat every customer like they are our only customer which brings them back for many return service calls. Without you the customer there is no SD Hauling and we KNOW that so we thank you for helping us grow…

Once again, Joel and company did great. We had an issue with weather (rain) but we were able to coordinate and get more of my stuff picked up. I appreciate the prompt, courteous service. Joel gave me a great deal too!

I came across them on a search from a household debris pick up and haul away. Joel called almost immediately and came by 15 minutes later. On the job, Joel and crew were fast, friendly and fairly priced. If you’re looking for anything similar, I highly recommend that you stop looking and call these guys. We e-​mailed a few different places to just get a couch hauled off, and SD Hauling was the first (and only) to respond. In fact, they responded within a half hour of sending the e-​mail. When we decided to go with them, they were here within TEN minutes.
Very polite and professional. If I ever need anything else hauled off, these are my new go-​to guys.

These guys are the shiz!
Joel showed up with his big buddy and they were both super friendly nice! They got rid of all my junk in about 15 minutes with no problem… Awesome guys and the price was so good I gave them extra! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We recently moved into a new house and had to buy a lot of new furniture which came with a lot of cardboard and styrofoam. Joel came out and worked very hard to pack up all of the extra junk and did it at a very fair price. I even paid him extra because I felt lik the price he was charging me was too low. He was even able to come same day. I would definitely recommend him.

Super easy to work with, friendly, and fast.
Came out to Jamul to haul away our old sectional couch and charged a reasonable price to come out to east county.
Owner was easy to communicate with via text message so I knew exactly what time he’d arrive.
Takes credit cards too.
Would definitely use again to haul any junk.

Fast, convenient, and well priced hauling service.
Upon moving out of my house, I realized I had WAY WAY more junk than I thought. I called SD Hauling because I did not know what to do with so much random junk. They came by the same day, within 3 hours of my call, and took care of everything.

After finding them on Unilocal and reading all the 5 star reviews, I called SD Hauling for an old broken couch and loveseat that I needed to get rid of ASAP. I spoke to Joel and he gave me a reasonable price (compared to other ads I’ve seen and another hauling company I contacted before), and they were able to come within the next hour and a half. He even gave me a heads up (via text) when they were 20 minutes away (which I always appreciate so I’m not waiting around wondering when someone’s going to show up). They did a great job, with quick service and no hassles!

SD Hauling did an extremely good job for me. They were cost competitive (i.e. very reasonable prices,) punctual, and thorough; leaving the job site clean and my wallet alone ;-) They have my highest recommendation.
One other note. There was some hazards that could not be removed with out heaving equipment (sharp metal imbedded in concrete and such) on the site. The guys working the job took the time to minimize these and point out to my wife areas in the yard that by little boy might get hurt. It is not often you get that level of care from anyone.

If I could leave more than 6 stars, I absolutely would. I needed some old furniture hauled away from my house and found SD Hauling on Craigslist. I spoke to Joel who was friendly, professional and very easy to get along with. I had called around to a few other companies, but SD Hauling offered the best price and offered to be to my house within the hour, which was extremely helpful. I wanted to finish the project I was working on that day and I was glad he was so accommodating from the get go. He and his employee arrived 15 minutes before our scheduled appointment and offered to wait if I wasn’t ready. They were efficient, got the job done quickly and even swept around the area outside when they were finished, which I didn’t expect them to do. I just wanted to say thanks for making the help I needed run so smoothly and being so fairly priced. If I, or anyone I know ever needs any assistance with hauling or junk removal you guys will be the first and only recommendation I give! Keep up the good work boys.

My husband contacted Joel to get an estimate to haul off a large amount of yard waste that we had from tearing out our whole front yard. Joel was quick to respond (responds promptly via text as well) and was out the next morning to haul it all away. His prices are great, he and his helper are both courteous and work quickly. We didn’t find him thru Unilocal,but he should definitely be at the top of the list for the best Hauling Company in the county. We will definitely use him again!
