Horrible service. Kevin refused to do even the most basic task of unzipping the site that we had transferred to them — a 30 second task they could have been done effortlessly — instead insisted we download the 900MB file to one of our PCs unzip it there and load it back up — some thing that was more like a three hour job for us — that’s thanks for 15 years of hosting with them at premium cost!
