History

Established in 1995.

Tint San Diego was actually established in florida by doing safety films witch protect home windows from hurricane forces (also great in S.D. for crime protecting and alot nicer looking the steal bares.

After seeing the opportunity in San Diego for solar protection, we branched out to the west cost and became very established. We have all costumers covered by lifetime warranties, performance bonds, 2 million dollar liability insurance and a contractors license (#944 913) for all those large jobs.

Business Owner

Tint San Diego was the dream of owner Robert Lepido. Hailing from Palm Beach, Florida Robert entered with window film industry installing safety and security film along the coast to protect homes from hurricanes and tropical storms Holding IWFA certifications for both solar and saftey.(ONLY COMPANY IN SO-​CAL TO HAVE THAT) Robert has taken the neccessary training to handle anything window film related from solar installations more commonly found in this region to safety/​security, decorative films and anti graffiti films. With a strong focus on customer service and technical applications Tint San Diego is proud to have worked on numerous projects for window film manufacturers, many of whom have sought them out personally to handle high profile installations and company operated installations such as warranties and product testing. This direct involvement with suppliers allows Tint San Diego to be sure they are on the cutting edge of technology and product applications.
