History

Established in 2014.

In 2014 I, Chuck Rose, decided it was time to venture out on my own. Although I have been in the construction industry my entire life I have never before owned my own company. That all changed when I finally listened to my friends and decided I should be my own boss.

I learned to build overseas in Belarus with my father who was involved in international humanitarian aid projects. We primarily built small clinics, orphanages, and single-​family homes for people in need. I eventually ended up back in the US building homes and renovating spaces.

After my undergraduate degree was complete in 2008 I enrolled in the Master of Building Construction Program at Georgia Tech where I received my Master’s Degree in 2009. It was there that I fell in love with building science and became convinced that every home in America can and should be made better through quality construction and renovation.
