I really like this place. The trainers are knowledgable and really push you to achieve your goals. I like that they took the time to do an assessment at the beginning of the challenge and the end so you could see your progress. It’s different than any other gym I’ve ever been to… in a good way. The workouts are intense but short… Who wants to workout for 2hrs when you can get the same results in 20 minutes a day. I lost over 30lbs during the challenge. I’m hooked!
