Top of the Line Residence Care & Development Inc. are designed for individuals who have difficulty living alone, but do not need daily nursing care. Unfortunately, the definition of the term «assisted living» varies from state to state, as each state has its own licensing requirements and regulations. Families need to visit facilities and ask detailed questions to know what services each facility offers. Facilities may only have bedrooms or they may have full apartments, with a large dining room and lounge for residents to come together. We provide Housekeeping services (as in a hotel); meals; help with daily activities; transportation to appointments; medication reminders and administration; social and recreational activities; 24-​hour supervision.

We have Features Apartment-​style living; privacy and independence with a menu of services to choose from. History

Established in 1995.

After 10 years as a registered nurse, I felt that I was not serving the greater purpose that brought me into the medical profession. My encounters with mental health patients really touched me, and I felt then that I could change the definition of care that other institutions had set a standard.

Since the inception of Top of the Line Residential Care and Development, Inc., we have worked closely with state offices and medical institutions to provide a solid foundation and a circle support that our resident members count on to remain stable in the community by connecting resources, minimizing crisis, and preventing relapse (s) into the hospital.

As Executive Director of Top of the Line Residential Care and Development, Inc., Edith Page is involved in all facets of leadership. She created and successfully maintains the organization dedicated to the health and welfare of individuals who are mentally challenged who are in need of ongoing care and treatment. Licensed by the state of Georgia, Top of the Line Residential Care and Development, Inc. is guided by rules and regulations determined by the Department of Community Health. Edith is proud to have the distinction as a five (5) star rating according to Office of Regulatory Services. Residents are referred to the facility by Department of Family and Children Services, Adult Protective Services [APS], hospital social services, state courts, and families. Under Edith Page’s leadership, Top of the Line Residential Care and Development, Inc. offers individualized services with therapeutic care at levels exceeding the standards of licensure in personal care.
