Gallaher Spa MD offers traditional spa services like facial and body treatments, but on a medical level. Facials, laser treatments, hair reduction/​removal, massage therapy, manicures & pedicures, cosmetics and skin care are just a some of the services offered.

Business Owner

Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Tom Gallaher was born in Memphis, Tennessee and graduated from the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine in Memphis in 1990. He completed his general surgery internship and residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas and his plastic surgery residency at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.

Dr. Gallaher is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. A member of the Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. Now, several years later, his appreciation for the profession and his sensitivity toward patients have made him an excellent and compassionate surgeon.
