History

Established in 2013.

Joey Wilhelm and Pavi Singh’s friendship began almost fifteen years ago when they both worked at Meijer, a mid-​west grocery/​department store chain, and bonded over their love of cars. Joey went on to start in the automotive field to work at a tire bay, then a short stint as a light duty mechanic at a rental car sales lot. Shortly after Pavi, who was working at a Honda dealership, was planning a long trip to India and needed someone to fill in, Joey stepped up. He was hired on at Honda and worked as a mechanic for awhile before switching to the parts department. Meanwhile, Pavi was working towards master technician after going to school for automotive technology at Columbus State Community College.

Both men continued working at Honda for years. After ten years for Joey and twelve for Pavi at the dealership, they took the idea that had been culminating for a long time of opening their own shop and finally ran with it.
