Great customer service! Fast efficient great communication, all around good experience.

This is my first choice when my car needs any work. I don’t know much about car mechanics and I try to do some research when I have an issue but ultimately I am at the mercy of the people at the auto shop. I’ve been there for several things with two different cars and not once have they suggested I need something that was way off the mark of what I researched. I feel fairly treated and honestly spoken to by all of the employees there and the front desk guy is pleasant to converse with when I am stuck there waiting on my service. Other reviews note a long service time, and they do get very busy, but I’ve never felt there was an outrageous repair time for my vehicles. Highly recommend!

Only shop I will ever go to. Everyone I know says that the guy who works at the desk is honest and he is. Whenever I go in he never tries to up-​sell me on all this crap that I don’t need and I’m not really a car guy. He always goes over everything and explains the work he’s doing. Prices are usually good, but don’t expect your car to be done quickly even if it’s just an oil change. They have a lot of customers and sometimes it takes all day, but definitely worth it.

The guy who works the desk, mike is awesome. They keep it real with you about what your car needs and more importantly doesn’t need. They don’t try to charge you an arm and a leg. The service time is long but this is because they are popular. I’ll wait for good service and knowing my repair is completed properly.

Before a bought my new car leased with free service this was my go to place. Super close to home, convenient and friendly service! The managers and staff have all worked there for ever and they have no problem helping you figure out what’s wrong with you car. I had an unexpected breakdown and it cost me 1,500 out of pocket. They were super understand with the fact I needed my car ASAP to make money. They let me make make 4 payments on it. I recommend these guys, my only issues is urgency. I feel like it takes forever sometimes. But it’s most likely the industry, I’m sure they want me out of their garage too. Either way, these are the good guys. This shop makes me feel warm and fuzzy. As in, they are detailed, professional, and clear.
Their mechanics? They get the job done. No «well, the whizz-​bang-​thingy that connects to the thingamajig» — it was a clear «I had to disassemble this part and clean it up, replace this part, and that took care of everything so that it would quit failing the tests.»
I’ve skipped over these guys (who are closer) for another shop I used when I lived further south in Columbus (outside Clintonville) — but I’m thinking I may just have to use these guys from now on.

You have once again saved a girl the horror and dismay of picking an absolutely atrocious car mechanic experience.
Tuffy’s is located next door to an auto mechanic place that virtually is EMPTY most of the time while Tuffy’s lot is completely full. That REALLY should tell you something.
Tuffy has provided excellent customer service and the guys that work the front desk are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable people.
Even though this Tuffy has coupons every once in a while in some of the local ads. It didn’t even hit me to bring one in to help with the financial damage, but thankfully, one of the guys there had my back, and secretly slid me a coupon booklet to use.
I mean, THAT is how cool they are here.
They also go me in and out fairly quick, and work around your schedule if you can’t leave your vehicle there for the weekend. I’ll be back.
I may not be mechanically inclined or knowledgeable, but you can tell a rip off from a mile away now a days, but these guys are great compared to what’s within the area.
Tuffy has my business! Hopefully, it will have yours, too!

Great place to get your ride fixed. Most of the guys there have been there 15 to 25 years and know what they are doing. They don’t try and sell you a buncha stuff you don’t need or want.
I waited there while they worked on my Element and they were friendly and fast for the work that needed to be done. They also told me of items that should be watched and possibly replaced as time goes by. With the Angie’s List reccomendation I got 50 $ off my total bill, very nice.
Plus they have free wifi while you’re waiting!
This is my place to keep me road worthy, will be back as needed.

These guys do it right.
They don’t tell you to get things fixed that could wait. They don’t perform work on your car without your approval and without informing you of the costs.
They’ll earn my repeat business.
