Game On

If you are looking for good customer service, do NOT go here. I’m from Phoenix, and my girlfriend and I took a day trip to Flagstaff. On the way there, I thought we would stop by here for some Heroclix trades because I heard they have a good selection. When we got there, I was being super nice, and the girl behind the counter (couldn’t get her name because she wasn’t even wearing a nametag) was being completely rude. She acted like everything I did or asked was such an inconvenience and as I was asking for values, she kept acting like she knew more than me. I also asked for a value on a figure there, and she gave me one price and when it’s came down to trade, she changed it a couple bucks more. I didn’t say anything, because I just wanted to get out of there and not make a scene because of how rude she was. My girlfriend was right next to me and also thought she was rude, so I know I wasn’t the only one. You know, I’m not one to make a scene or call someone out on their rudeness (this is the only review I’ve ever written on Unilocal), but I did NOT feel welcome at all for how much we drove out of our way from the freeway just to come here.

By far the best gaming store in the area. Plenty of space for CCGs or RPGs, snacks, comics, tabletop games, and pretty much every geek hobby out there. MtG, Vanguard, Yu-​Gi-​Oh, D&D, HeroClix, X-​Wing, Warhammer, etc. This is my home away from home.
