History

Established in 2004.

I started investing in real estate 15 years ago & was so frustrated with the level of service I decided that I could do a better job. I worked in Las Vegas when short sales and foreclosures were rampant and got a wonderful training helping clients buying and selling distressed property

We relocated to Prescott because of the small town good schools and mild four seasons and after 5 years love living here. My wife joined me last year selling real estate & now we are one of the most successful teams in the Prescott area.

Brian helped us find the perfect house. He was professional, flexible, and friendly. Once we found the house, he seamlessly helped us make the offer, counter offers, and helped negotiate a good price for us. It didn’t stop there. Once we agreed on a price, then he helped coordinate termite inspections, home inspection and even arranged for and met with contractors to get bids on repairs for us. We were out of state and Brian was invaluable in closing the deal. I would highly recommend him. Best real estate agent I’ve ever used.

Before I ever met or hired Brian Monksfield, he was generously helpful to me by checking out a small Prescott property. Neither of us live nearby. Brian quickly and efficiently marketed the building/​house, giving us candid advice along the way. This was a difficult property to sell and Brian had to jump through hoops with the zoning. He listened well and followed through on everything he said. The process was easy with Brian, even at a distance. We interviewed other realtors, but thought the personal attention Brian gave us would work better and it did. I would not hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him.

With a pending foreclosure, cold calling several Real Estate agents and getting nowhere fast ended on our first call to Mr. Brian Munksfield. He listened to our concerns, shared with us a few options & scenarios and he promised to get back to us as soon as he could.
Brian checked back with us the very next day with more information on starting our Short Sale. He won us over and delivered on his word. One unexpected glitch was our tenants lease agreement.
