Fly-U Shuttle

I took the Fly U Shuttle from PHX to Prescott, and it was wonderful. I met them out front of Terminal 4, hopped on into a dark, cool van with really comfy seats, and within about 5 minutes we were on our way to Prescott. The ride was easy, so comfortable (every rider had his or her own captain’s chair), and they dropped me off right at my family’s home. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Fly U shuttle. Thank you so much!

I booked Fly-​U Shuttle on Thursday 4÷14÷2016 for a one way trip from Phoenix to Prescott to pick up a car I bought. Pick up is right off I17 and Bell Road. They were right on time. The shuttle van was so clean and so comfortable. Leather captain chairs that recline and have arm rests. I was the only passenger and the driver could not have been more polite and helpful He offered me water and asked if I wanted to watch TV (they have satellite) or a movie. I did not do either but took a little cat nap. There are USB plugs throughout so you can charge your phone. If I ever have to do something like this again, I will definitely use their services.

Excellent service from Fly-​u shuttle on recent trip from Prescott to Sky Harbor. Very professional driver, on time for home pickup, had a very relaxing ride to the airport. The seats and the van are super comfortable. I am a frequent flyer and will be using them often!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent experience riding the Fly-​U Shuttle from Prescott to Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix and back. The shuttle drivers were super courteous, I was immediately offered something to drink, the temperature in the van was checked on, etc. The vans themselves are extremely comfy with cushy bucket seats. Even though others were in the van, you felt like you were riding in a private vehicle. Headsets to watch TV (you are dependent on other passengers’ choices :-)) or just sit back and relax. Thanks to the headsets, you are not forced to listen, but can sleep if you want to (that was critical after coming back from Europe late).
There was plenty of communication from headquarters. One recommendation I would have is to make the pick-​up location at the airport abundantly clear on the website. It dawned on me upon landing at PHX that I had no clue how to find the shuttle. One phone call clarified, but maybe a card given to passengers with phone number and instructions upon disembarking at PHX would help.
This was a fabulously positive experience. Fly-​U Shuttle is going to be my transportation of choice in the future.

Super-​comfortable shuttle to the airport. 7-​passenger van, 5 seats are bucket, reclining, with armrests. 2 seats on the back bench seat. Sat. TV, with headsets. Soda, iced tea, water.
Van rides very smoothly like new car (unlike other company’s which ride like trucks).
Driver arrived early to pick me up.
Cigarette lighter power outlets by the seat, with USB port.
Easy to work on my way to the airport, I’m sure I’ll sleep on the way home.
I’m sticking with this company from now on.
