Just had a custom machine built by these guys. They made the whole process very easy because they know what they are doing. Amazing how well it came out. It is one FAST computer. They’re help in how it was setup with Windows 10 made the learning cure nearly ZERO. All my data was transferred from an old broken down laptop. Not only did they save everything, but set it up so it’s organized better than before. Highly recommend.

Went in for a simple question to be answered. After being talked down to twice in 3 minutes I picked up my computer and left asking if he owned the place and if so, how does he stay in business because of being so rude. Owner came outside and said F-​off and die and then acted like he was taking my license plate and said he was going to report me. My question is for what. Be Aware of owner of business.

My husband and I are not real computer savvy, Mike and Jeremy were great help and explained what we were doing and helped us get it right. This is downhome local service and great prices. High praise for Prescott computer…

I had an intermittent connection on the charging port of my S3 Samsung smart phone. I wasn’t sure they could help me but after reading Prescott Computer’s Unilocal reviews, I gave them a try. Mike said that he could look and check it out.
I explained to him that the local Sprint store had given me the run around twice, so I was appreciating his offer. He said the repair of the port would probably need conductive epoxy for a solid connection.
Mike checked and stated that my Samsung has the option for wireless charging. All I needed were the wireless charger & an inductive receiver and we could bypass the main charging port. Mike was nice enough to print out suggested units for me to order on line. When asked how much I owed him, Mike said no charge today. I spent about $ 17 ordering from Amazon and then installed the receiver pad. Charging problem fixed!!!
Yes, I will return to Prescott Computer if my home systems ever need service.

I appreciate these guys more than you can imagine, my computer was completely jacked up, I have all my belongings in storage, could find my backups, and I needed some files off this thing yesterday. not only did they get my P.C. up and running in no time flat, they also made it run quicker AND they also delivered it to my place of work, for no extra charge… thanks guys, TONS !

Called Prescott Computer on a Saturday to see if they were open. Mike answered and we discussed my computer problems. Agreed to bring computer in that afternoon. Mike sat down and spent a half hour or so woking with the computer and going over the problems and discussing options. Left the computer for cleanup of miscellaneous junk accumulated over several years. When went to retrieve computer brought in some iPads and iPods and MacAirbook for some minor glitch correction. Mike and Jeremey also fixed those. All computers now work fine and all is well. If you have computer problems call Mike. Prescott Computer will fix you up.

Having a 5 year old son means there are times when we are fighting over who gets to use the netbook and when he’s using it, he might not handle the netbook in the most gentle way possible.
Not surprisingly, he broke the plug from the adapter that goes into the computer. .. so I bought a replacement adapter aka «cheapie» from eBay for quarter of the price of a genuine replacement adapter. .. not surprisely again, the replacement adapter stopped working after a couple of months.
Well, I wasn’t 100% sure if it was the adapter or the plug in part of the netbook that was broken since my adorable son has been rough with both parts…
So after calling around to several places, I decided to stop in at Prescott Computer and worked with Mike. And I’m glad I did! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He tested my netbook and determined my plug in part was working fine. .. gave me a little talk about not buying genuine replacement parts, how knock offs are unreliable in a friendly, conversational manner.
The whole experience was all very enjoyable. The best part? When I started to pull my wallet out of my purse to pay for his time and service, he gave me a smile and said, «No worries, free of charge!»
