I was packing for a trip when I noticed a split seam in a skirt. I googled «alterations» in Prescott and ran into Samantha’s expecting to be told that their would be a week or two waiting period like every other service in Prescott. Instead the woman stopped working on a repair, took my skirt (without speaking) immediately repaired the seam and handed it back to me. I was shocked! Oh, and she did a great job!
The owner doesn’t greet you when you walk in or really say much but I’ll take great customer service on the spot any day!

I dropped a uniform dress off for an easy hem. A week and half later it was still hanging with pins in it. She is rude, unorganized, and her shop is a mess. If you don’t need your sewing needs for at least a month, maybe this business will work for you.
