Everything about these guys is great. They’re fairly priced, friendly, honest, reliable, and fast. They rescued my heating/​cooling unit from the dead after I received a lemon and pumped a couple thousand dollars into (a much larger national company that could not for its life figure out what to do). Broad Brook discovered the leak, patched it, and done, for a fraction of the price. Amazing! I highly recommend their maintenance agreement plan, which covers you for a whole year, making sure things are ship-​shape. I’ve worked with these guys for years, and it’s wonderful to support local businesses who do great work! Hooray!

Fixed the air conditioning unit in about 2 hours, when for 2 years no one else we found could find the problem. The others all said we would have to replace the whole system.
