Business Owner

Dilip has an MBA in Management Information Systems as well as 25 years of Technology and Management experience. For the last three years he has teamed up with his wife Rachna and together they are dedicated to not only meeting… but exceeding every client’s expectations, regardless of the size of their transaction.

With a Bachelors in Psychology honors and Masters in Industrial Psychology, Rachna has come a long way in the areas of expertise in many different professions. More recently she got her real estate license and started taking an interest in investing in real estate. She has started building up her now successful career in the residential real estate business with great zest and enthusiasm.

Dilip’s technology background, management experience, real estate investment and construction expertise along with his wife Rachna’s business and real estate skills provides clients with a unique perspective in the real estate market.
