Ok, my turn to write a great review. While there may only be four others here (and five excellent ones ‘not recommended,’ lol!) there are about 47 great reviews on Google so you know what I am going to say.
My wonderful 2002 Saab was having some hiccups and an excellent local guy (Grand Forks) wasn’t able to find the ailment. He talked with this shop over the phone — because they are so awesome, they were happy to do that — and still, no go.
I drove it down and it was a very obscure, really subtle but very important issue that they were able to fix. They are the Mayo brothers of car repair and my lovely car is back roaring with life. Giddy-​up !

These guys are the ones to be trusted. Honest, helpful and no bull. This is my go to place for work on my Saab. Sometimes if I can time it right, I’ll drop my car off on the way up north and grab a loaner and pick it back up on Sunday when I’m heading home. Don is really the best there is and I truly miss John in service, very good man and a pleasure to deal with. Don and company, thank you for all of your years of service on my three Saabs.

I bought my first car from Andrews after knowing their reputation over the years. The entire family — both actual Andrews and their employees — are incredible and knowledgeable. Never once will you feel rushed, uninformed or ignored.
I only take my car here for repairs and maintenance because I know they care about the condition of the cars their customers have, they make sure they’re safe and running beautifully each time the car is in and out.
They have super hand pick up locations in the Twin Cities area as well, they come down with their rig and load up the cars and take them up and work on them and then bring them back down. It only costs a little extra do to this too. Super great for those of us who love Andrews, but aren’t in Princeton that often.
