I had a very good experience with Branning Autobody. Erica at the front was very patient and helped me with my car rental as well. Andrew was very thorough and did a great job explaining all the different repairs. He even threw in doing my back bumper and detailed my car. Overall, great experience!

My car was hit the Friday before Christmas 2013:(I would always drive by Brannings Auto Body on the way home from work and I saw a lot of work being done sitting in traffic! My insurance company was not authorized to use them but I wanted them to anyway! It took a little bit longer but they had to make sure the parts were just right! Their the only shop that has offered me a lifetime warranty on parts EVER! They have multiple locations throughout Jersey! Their right off 206 in Princeton: 609−921−8585 or

I’ll start by saying that the repairs they did were very good. The quality of the work was excellent.
The downside of my experience was to do with meeting commitments and communication. We were quoted 8 days for repair and the car came out of the shop 5 weeks later. There were some complicating factors in their such as hurricane Sandy’s passing but essentially even when you take all that out, they significantly missed. Additionally, each time they would call, they would call a day AFTER the last the commitment in order to give a new commitment.
Finally, got the car back, drove it for 2 hours then it died — turns out they’d reattached the battery terminal but never tightened it. Okay, I could have found it myself — my bad — but instead it was a 2hour wait for AAA to find that out and repair it because they didn’t do their job after 6 weeks.

Great customer service and communication. Repairs were made (and done well) and completed in almost a week less than the estimated time. Plus, they put on some nice finishing touches (like vacuuming my car) before pickup — talk about wonderful treatment!
