Total rip off: the food is so overpriced considering that you get a nasty pizza and unhealthy soft drinks. The new concept that you can only win 5 tickets no matter how good or bad you are sucks in my opinion. Bring your earplugs: for the kids it’s the absolute overload of senses and they had fun so I guess I have to be back. Service is standard. The prices the kids can win is the usual junk nobody needs.

We had our son’s first birthday here and everything was great! The staff member assisting with our party was super helpful and efficient and constantly ensured we had everything we needed. She even gave us a bunch of coupons in the end which saved us a nice amount. Great service, great party, our son had a great time :-)

Terrible place. I’ve been here before and it was ok. We ordered our food and 40 mins after were still waiting for it. We had to inquire for status and got our COLD pizza and platter, which also had the wrong order of chicken wings. The place is very understaffed with front attendants being the cooks, and delivering food to the tables. There’s no sense of customer service. You dont see a manager around, you have to keep going to the front to inquire for food and at the end it’s cold and wrong, super greasy food. AVOIDTHESAMPLEPLATTERATALLCOSTS. I would rate zero if I could.

We had our daughter’s 4th birthday party here last weekend and it was a huge hit. We scheduled the 10:00 a.m. on Saturday which allowed the kids to roam and play without the large crowds. The place started filling in at around 11:30 a.m. so it worked out perfectly. The staff really made the event enjoyable. Everything was efficient. Sam, our manager assigned to the party, was incredibly organized and helpful throughout. We would come back here in a heartbeat.

Chuck E Cheese’s is the kind of place you only go to when you’re taking a kid to pass some time, or to attend a kids party. I’ve been here numerous times with my grand daughter. I’m always impressed with the security, since young children are involved. When you go in, they use changeable matching stamps to stamp your arm, and the arms of each child you bring in, so when they check you on the way out they know if the child came with you. What I did find was, what’s fun for a 5-year old and under is not as fun for a 7 – 8 year older. What a difference a few years can make. The selection of kids games is limited and better-suited for 5 – 6 year olds. Of course, they have kiddy rides and a overhead tube to climb through for the toddlers and younger kids. The pizza is like the frozen type you’d buy at a supermarket, and they don’t sell individual slices. Their fountain contains about 10 different drink items. Like it is at an arcade, you need a gazillion game tickets to get anything other than a pencil or rubber worm. But … they kids enjoy it. I think Kylie is now too old to really enjoy Chuck E Cheese’s, so I’ll not-likely won’t be taking her back unless we’re invited to a party there.
