Why do I agree to keep coming here? Over priced for what you receive. Does it taste good, sure it does, but you can get much the same from your local take out for much less/have enough for plenty of left overs. They have some fun mixed drinks and the happy hour is not that bad — but I always feel robbed when I’m done paying the bill. It gets packed, reservations are a must at prime times so plan ahead. Hostesses have not always been that friendly however service has always been good though. My last visit here, a child got stuck in a high chair — screaming, crying, etc. Was the child too big to be in the high chair, yes, but still it was a situation. The mother kept trying to pull her out of the seat and several of the servers just watched from a corner back table by the kitchen and did nothing for several minutes before someone finally came over to help as I waved frantically at them, as well as a few concerned patrons. Finally a manager I believe, came over as the child was pulled out of the high chair and just asked quickly if they were okay and walked on. Left a really bad taste in my mouth.

Good food but to go needs a lot of work. Unreliable and often do not follow order correctly.

Here’s the thing with this place. The sauce is out of a jar or pre prepped. Yeah ok. They fail to let customers now that it’s a oyster sauce base in nearly Every dish. No Bueno for people allergic to shell fish. Décor: Best part of the restaurant. Spacious and comfortable sofa seats. So that’s it pretty much. The entrance is a dark cave with no light. Only the host station is lite up. Besides the restaurant itself. Reservations: Hour& ½ inside the doors. Over the phone hour &50 minutes on a Saturday. Fine by me gives me time to do other things so I opt for phone reservation. Get there 10 min prior to

Where do I begin? The incompetent back up server mathew who was too busy flirting with my significant other to know what a drink menu is. Or the waitor who after getting my drink menu, cut me off after 3 drinks. After I told the kid«don’t worry about it, just get me the check», he sends his manager to talk to me more about his new«3 drink minimum». Not only was I not drunk, but I wasn’t trying to get them to serve me any more drinks. It was I insulting and embarrassing to even be having this conversation, I just wanted to pay and leave. I immediately interrupted the manager and told him«this is getting annoying, we just want to leave». Finally, he had the good sense to take my money and I left. I have spent countless thousands of dollars at this establishment, unfortunately tonight will be the last.

Very crowded. Waited a long time for food. Food was tasty but nothing special. Food is pricey and nothing you can’t get from any other asian restaurant. Cool atmosphere but thats not enough also everyone kept hitting my chair.

Worst food and service ever… Sunday night only 4 tables taken, the food came out ice cold and uncooked. The server was rude and after we insisted to bring a fresh cooked dish she returned with the same dish only difference the cook was told to overcook the broccoli and mash it into the dish. Never coming back.

We make reservations online for P.F. Changs rather than wait upwards of an hour for a table. All the reservations do is shorten your waiting time by just a little. Even with reservations we still have to wait 30 minutes or more until our table is ready. I’m not sure why we even bother with reserving at this point. P.F. Changs is decent food for a chain. My family dines here maybe once a year because we like the food but dislike the waiting in line and service that seems to range from rushing you along so they can get more diners to your table to forgetting you’re there. Our most recent server was a bit scatterbrained, forgetting appetizer or drink order and seeming to disappear completely half the time. As mentioned the food is pretty decent though they can get heavy handed with the salt. I just feel like it’s a lot of waiting for a rushed meal in a very crowded restaurant. It’s probably best to eat there during the week when it’s less crowded, though that’s no guarantee.

My family always goes here during pumpkin picking season. After we pumpkin pick, we all head on over to PF Changs. My brother has celiac disease, so they always cater to his food allergy which is fantastic. He never gets sick. The staff is always friendly and on point. Food comes pretty quickly, even when it’s busier than normal. Their food is always fresh. The presentation is always excellent. Especially the appetizer plates. We always have a pleasant experience here.

Always around Princeton or in the area, but I never had the PF Chang’s in Princeton. I decided to give it a try, but I wish I did not. Coming here on a Friday night equals long waits and bad service. My friend came here about 20 minutes before me, and we still had to wait another 20 minutes before we got seated. Be sure to expect a wait on Friday nights and probably on weekends. Don’t be too hungry for dinner because the wait will just put you in a bad mood! Finally, we got seated and were excited to order and feed our tummies. We started off with their famous chicken lettuce wraps, which was very tasty, but it can get kind of messy with the sauce slipping out of the wraps and sliding into your hand/wrist. Nonetheless, the taste was worth the messiness. However, long after we completed our appetizer, they still didn’t serve our main course or come over to notify us that it will take some time. When our orders came, my dish was highly disappointing. We got the crispy honey chicken and the mongolian beef. My mongolian beef was overcooked and some of the pieces were burnt — like black. I was fathomed that they even served it, but i absolutely did not want to stay any longer than we had to. I did not complain. Imagine if I complained and have my order re-cooked, I’ll probably be here overnight. My friend’s chicken was pretty good though. Very meaty pieces of chicken chunks with a light crisp on the outside and a sweet honey glaze over them. Once again, due to the crowded Friday night, the service was not too good. Maybe, I’ll come back on another day/time, and give it another try.

Terrific! This PF Changs is much better than most other ones throughout the country. The chef is excellent and clearly puts more effort into his meals than other PF Changs chefs. My waiter was named Jonathan. He was fantastic. He was super friendly. He wasn’t a pest but he was around the perfect amount of time. I will definitely be back!

Went here for my birthday with my family. Experience sucked so much that I couldnt even wait to leave to post a review. Waitress/kitchen messed up my dads meal 3x. Each time the waitress admitted she knew that she brought out the wrong dish. Ok…then why did you bring it out? By the third time the manager came out and apologized. Apparently she didnt feel bad enough to discount or comp it. Bad service. Waitress kept running off before everyone at the table was ordered. She spilled dirty dishes on my boyfriend. She also charged us for the free birthday dessert which we had to call to her over and she immediately said she knew what was wrong before we could tell her. Again, if you know there is an issue, why did you bring it over? Overall, disappointing from manager to table service. Food was ok, but not worth the aggravation added to the price. Also, some family kept letting their dirty toddler run around barefoot, a healthcode violation, which the management also ignored. Classy. Dirty toddler feet smell and bacteria is the perfect compliment to my lettuce wraps.

I am really not a fan of chain restaurants, but my mom wanted to go so we went here for Mother’s Day. We sat at the bar because we did not want to wait for a table. The bartender was very nice and the food came out in a timely fashion. The prices were reasonable(Check menu for prices). For appetizers, we ordered Kung Pao Chicken Tacos(received 3), steamed pork dumplings(order of 6), and ahi tuna sushi. The tacos were okay. I did not think there was enough chicken, but they did have a nice kick to it. The tortilla was too soft. The pork dumplings were outstanding. They were some of the best dumplings I had. They were not too crunchy or soft. The pork was very tender too. The sushi was a little odd. It was buried under a good amount of greens. The tuna was fresh and cut very small. It was different and tasteful. For an entrée, I ordered the Hunan-Style Hot Fish. I wanted to try something different, and this was a poor choice. I was expecting a spicy dish, but it was not to be. The fish was a cod and was occupied with a bunch of vegetables. The portion was a good size, but the taste was not. I was not a fan of the sauce. Everything was cooked okay, but I was just not a fan of the taste. They gave my mom a complimentary dessert. The complimentary dessert was some type of peanut butter crunch. I did not taste any because I did not want to order milk! Will I go back? I prefer not to.

When PF Chang’s opened in Princeton a few years ago, I called to make a reservation for me and my family. The only slots left were 3pm and 10pm. Nowadays, you still need to make a reservation days in advance, and expect to wait a bit before sitting at your table. The food at PF Chang’s is always tasty – I highly recommend the Egg Drop Soup, Lettuce-Wrapped Chicken, Shaking Beef, and Ginger Chicken and Broccoli. The service, once you are able to be seated, is consistently good, and I enjoy the presentation of the dipping sauces at the beginning of the meal. I’ve gone here a number of times over the years, esp. with my family as my mom and sister can indulge in the formidable gluten-free menu. The take-out is well-packaged, if you opt out of eating at the restaurant itself Overall, PF Chang’s is reliable and exceedingly popular in the Princeton area. My advice to you: don’t go there without a reservation and do a shimmy while you eat the Shaking Beef.

I like this PF changs. The one in Marlton on 2x gave us food that tasted like fish. Anyway 5 dollar wine on the happy hour menu and they fill a nice full glasschicken lettuce wraps are yummy and actually have less fat than the vegetarian ones. The portions of the entrees have definitely gotten smaller-what gives Chang? Overall a nice happy hour. Often busy if you plan to go for weekend dinner may need reservations!

Since this is an Americanized Chinese food restaurant, I’m writing this review with the mindset that it’s not a «real» Chinese restaurant. The atmosphere is great, casual or «nicer», and there are great dishes to choose from, with variety. Given that they have decently priced Yeunglings, and a happy hour menu, it’s not as expensive as it looks. This particular location has the best Chicken Noodle Soup! I’ve tried it at other PF Changs locations, but it’s not as good.
