Our surgical staff at Princeton Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery are experienced oral and maxillofacial surgical assistants, who assist in administration of IV anesthesia and surgery, in addition to a trained registered nurse (RN) who also assists in surgery. History
Established in 1985.
Dr. Levine founded Princeton Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 1985 and was awarded his Board Certification by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons in 1986. He is a Senior Attending Staff Member of the University Medical Center at Princeton and is currently the Chairman of the Department of Dentistry at the Medical Center. He is also a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American College of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, and is active in numerous other professional organizations.
Dr. Levine has a strong interest in the area of oral implants, bone grafting techniques to augment the jaws to prepare the bone for implant surgery, and reconstruction of traumatic injuries. Because continuing education is an important part of his professional life, Dr. Levine hosts a yearly implant continuing education seminar for the area doctors.

Dr. Levine was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and received his undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Biology from Albright College, in 1974. He received his M.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University in 1976, and his D.D.S. from Temple University School of Dentistry in 1979. After dental school, Dr. Levine spent a year at Suburban General Hospital in Norristown, PA in a General Dental Residency program and then returned to Temple University Hospital and Dental School for specialty training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He completed this surgical residency in 1983.
