Dr Bezwada gave me my life back! I had torn/​shredded my hip labrum 4 years ago (did not know it at the time) after dislocating it in a fall. My hip had popped back in so I didn’t think anything of it. Well the soreness/​ache got progressively worse over time. I saw a physiotherapist, had surface injections, tons of PT and chiro and no relief from pain except in the short term. Each year got worse and this past summer I could not take it anymore, my hip kept feeling «dislocated». My Physio ordered an MRi and after the results came in he said I needed an orthopedic surgeon. I had loved Dr Ark, so I sought out Princeton Ortho again, and after checking reviews about Dr Bezwada, decided he would be my dr to do arthroscopic hip surgery. I expected to be on crutches for a week, maybe 2. In less than 3 days I was able to walk pretty well with almost no pain. Fast forward 3 months and now I can go to theme parks, beaches, stores, cities, and suffer NO hip pain for the first time in 4 years! I am SOOO happy I chose Dr Bezwada, thanks to him my hip feels normal, as if it was never injured!

Office staff is horrible. Wait time is long only to be passed among PA, to tech, to surgeon all separate appts each with a copay cost for me as well as time out of school for my child and work for me. We had a simple cyst removal that needed to be done. But instead of addressing the issue head on, we were put in the assembly line and saw the prescribed people/​different locations. When it was obvious we were simply «running around» Office manager wouldn’t even talk to me when I had a valid issue. Only reason they are still in business is because of the name Princeton in the title. Over rated.

While Dr. Stacey Millar-​Smith is nice and warm, the staff is very unprofessional and could care less about my emergency problem. Had a severe back pain, which I actually needed injections for. Instead their medical assistant recommended me to take 2 Advils and said they could not see me for another 3 weeks. So glad I was referred to a nice and professional practice where I immediately (within a few hours) received the urgent care I needed so badly. I never had an easy time making appointments here, always have to wait for about a month to schedule or reschedule, however, today they really made me feel like they did not care one bit, and I do not feel like going back after such careless treatment. No patient in pain should ever feel this way.

Frederick Song is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He fixed an irritated plica that had been bothering me for over a year. It happened from getting back into distance running too quickly. He gave me the photos of the operation it only took him 13 minutes and I was walking that day. His bad reviews come from cases when he turns patients down or they have a hard time with reception. His skill as a surgeon is unbelievable. I wish there were more doctors as good as him.

The staff service here is really bad. If you have to use the services of the disibilty paperwork section on are in for a long silent wait. I read lots of professions regarding the competency of the doctors, but this place is like a restuarant with good chef but snooty waiters. Before you pick them ask yourself-​do I really need this?

Like the rest of the reviews on here, the staff is horrible. I have been leaving messages for 3 different people for a week and have yet to receive a return call. I have a complete tear of my rotator cuff and the only response I received was «put ice on it». No one answers the phone when you call to make an appointment. Several messages left for the nurse practitioner — no response. The Dr refuses to acknowledge the behavior of the staff. If you actually want to receive care — go somewhere else.

they rebilled the insurer from 2011 who I was told had not paid… they did way after the time limit… I got an eob showing they had been paid… waiting for a no balance statement.

Dr Jeffrey Miller is an excellent physician and took great care of my neck and back pain! Very caring and patient and thorough!

The other reviews are on the mark. Great doctors but office and staff rude! Impossibleto get hold of the office for a question or billing problem. After many years of going there despite the staff rudeness I was told i had a 20.00 balance (billing error) and they wont let me see a md until it’s.paid or fixed. Are you
10 yrs of using them and this is it? No thanks

Dr. Stuart Levine operated on my bunions (I was 53, 120 pounds, but inherited bad feet – my big toes were at right angles to the foot). After having foot pain for many years, now my feet are the LAST part of me to hurt if I hike a long distance. It’s a huge relief. I was walking the day after surgery (my 95-​pound sister was in bed for 6 weeks with her bunion surgery); the dressing hardens and becomes like a cast, and you wear a surgical sandal, so do it in Spring or Fall. It’s been 10 years since he did it. I didn’t do it for cosmetic reasons but I no longer have to wear 6 E shoes. Anyway, I never had problems with staff.

Rather than the usual restaurant review I’m gonna review my ortho guy. After days of travel my knee was Aching. Called from the road. Friendly person on the other end of the line which can be rare these days in the medical profession. Gave me an appt for my first day back first thing in the morning. Efficient checkin. Very short wait and then off to see the doc. No rush exam and discussion and then head off to the office. This is where I go for my bones and joints.

This must be the worst medical practice I’ve ever visited. From the moment you step in, the level of unfriendliness is surreal. The doctor who saw me was distant and looked like he was almost crossed. Of course, he misdiagnosed me and I had to go see a different doctor after a few weeks (during which I suffered unnecessary pain). If you need your records from them… good luck! They have a recorded message which is impossible to understand. You have to call someone else, leave a message, wait for an email, print a form, fax it or send it back… and pay! And all of this was so difficult to figure out that my other medical practice gave up trying to get my records back. All in all, the worst doctor and the worst practice I know!

I might have offered 5 stars for Dr. Ark or Dr. Gecha, both of whom are smart, caring, and laid back. But I’m here today to issue 1 star for PA Luke Ryan. Saw Ryan last week, and while I do believe he got the diagnosis right (mind you, I had already diagnosed myself prior to the appt using the interwebs), his arrogance was off-​putting. I don’t know whether it comes from his resentment at having to deal with patients who are intelligent and informed (a defense mechanism of sorts?) or a general disdain for working with anyone who is over the age of 30 and isn’t a star athlete, but I will make sure I’m not scheduled with him in the future.

How do you pick a fight with a runner? Tell them they need to take a break from running.
But tis was my reality back on a cold February morning when I found msyelf sitting at Princeton Orthopedics with Dr. Stacey Miller-​Smith delivering the news.
She’s kind, warm, and listens to the patient. She is empathetic and has an honest concern for her patient… not always standard care in health services.
They have MRIs, gym, rehab services onsite and all appointments were scheduled within days of each other. The back-​office folks (billing/​medical records) have always been prompt with requests.
I was ultimately referred to phyisical therapy, but Dr. Miller-​Smith continues to follow-​up about my progress. When I was down and out about my aches and pains, Dr. Miller-​Smith and the staff at Princeton Orthopedic made me feel a lot better
