There are a couple of big stores like this in progreso — kind of an «everything» store. Decorations, glassware, clothing, knock off purses, knock off perfumes, pharmacy, bar, boots, hats, funny mexico shot glasses, groceries, chimeneas, silver platters, paintings, etc. You know, all the stuff you come to Mexico for. This is the one at the very beginning of the progreso strip and it seems to have comparable prices. It’s also bright and clean and has one of the best micheladas in the area. That’s right — shop it up with a 32oz drink. I’ve made some questionable purchases here(ceramic parrot, e.g.) but it’s always the first stop on our shop/bar hop.

A fun store near the Mexican border! They have a wide array of furniture, household goods, toys, food/candy, clothes, etc. We spent awhile browsing, and purchased a few cute things, as well as some candy! Everything was moderately priced. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area!
