Sad was hoping it would be good. Only giving one star bc the guy who answered the phone and my questions was really nice and the delivery driver was very nice. Otherwise the wait for only a couple items was 90 minutes, the food honestly was terrible. No flavor the pot stickers were nothing like I have ever seen or ate before they were NOT pot stickers. The sweet and sour sauce was bad, the fried rice was. Bad everything just bad. Definitely not getting food from here again. Trust me don’t order from here.

Very blend food. Nothing special. I asked for an extra extra spicy and the food as spicy as a banana. Never going back.

Not bad, the fried rice dishes are pretty good, and their lo mein is solid as well. Good place to get quick Chinese. I don’t feel strongly about this place as a whole either way. But if your hungry and near this area, probably the best choice from the other spots in the area.

We’ve been eating here for over 20 years. But over the last five years I’ve eaten there less and less and less as the food quality has gone down down down. The owner is not friendly at all. On our most recent order which was over $ 50. After we got home and unpacked it we realized they were missing one of the items which was the cheapest item out of all of the things I ordered it was just fried rice. I called the owner told her the fried rice was missing and that I didn’t want to come back for it to please put the money back on my credit card. She said please hold and she want to talk to the guys in the kitchen when she came back she said absolutely not I’m sure that the rice was in your bag I’m not giving you any money back. She knew exactly who I was and that I didn’t come in there for over 20 years spending an average of $ 50 a week until the last few years where I’ve tapered off. She called me a liar and I had to get in my car drive over there to demand to get my lousy seven dollars back. If I was trying to steal from her I would’ve told her that one of the $ 12 chicken meals was missing not the seven dollar rice. I’m never been treated so poorly by somebody I’ve done so much business with. Bad enough that every single time we go on there over the last five years some of the meal is cold they are very chintzy if you want extra sweet-and-sour or hot mustard sauce they make you pay for the packets they will only give you two per eggroll and nothing for anything else. I’ve repeatedly asked him for no MSG yet they put MSG on everything and tell you they don’t. I highly recommend you stay away from New Canton Chop Suey this by should be close down it’s horrible. Buyer beware.

I should have listened to the previous reviews instead of trying this place out. The cantonese fried shrimp was so over-fried, the shrimp inside(hard to find it) was so leathery I couldn’t eat it. The sweet sour pork was also so overfried, I don’t even think I could have swallowed the«meat» it was like rocks.

We tried this place for the first time because it was the closest place to where we live. When we called in it was frustrating because the person on the other line was hard to understand and very short in her responses. She didn’t give us a total before she hung up with out saying bye. I had to call back to ask and to make sure she got our address right.(She had it wrong) Finally after we ordered we were quoted about 40 min for it to arrive. We were delightedly surprised when it arrived in 20 min. Then I looked at my food. My boyfriends was very good he says(he got beef and broccoli) but mine was cold AND burnt. Weird combo. I got the shrimp lo mein. I also got the egg drop soup and it was majorly salty. I’m giving 3 stars because of my food and how weirdly bad the order was taken.

This place is not customer friendly. I order a egg drop soup and it was very salty when I call them they make me feel like I did something wrong No sorry nothing. For $ 3.00 they lost a customer(I spend $ 30.00 for that order). This was not the first time that there food was screw up. But it was my last time I went back.

This place was kinda meh. The Egg Drop soup was just okay… was lacking on the taste and I had to .:.gasp.:. add salt! So why did I give them 3 stars. The crab rangoon of course! It was fried deliciousness stuffed full of crab and cream cheese! I would go back for just the crab rangoon in the future!

Yes they are super fast, and yes their Crab Rangoon are wonderful – that is why they get two stars – LoMein was completely tasteless and soupy – Mongolian Beef had gravy on it !!! So salty and really not good. Might go back for the Crab Rangoon but skip the rest.

I thought this place was pretty good for Chinese. We got it delivered, so I have no idea what the restaurant is like. It was fast and delish!

I stopped by on my way to a friend’s and it was quite a surprise to find good Chinese food outside of Chinatown. The crab rangoon was exceptional, and I’ve plenty elsewhere. The Mongolian Beef was very good, I ordered it with broccoli and they kindly obliged, with a charge, of course. But it was very nice and full of flavor. I would definitely stop by again when I’m out that way.

A little bland-it’s cantonese after all, but everything was very fresh. Chicken almond ding was very good, tender white meat chicken, still crispy vegetables even the day after. Chicken egg foo yung also very good and full of diced thigh meat-no cartilage, no dried out patties; Just plump meaty patties swimming in gravy… yum! Beef war mein was decent, very tender-filet perhaps? The only thing I didn’t care for was the fried rice, just seemed like something was missing. The prices were also very reasonable-they don’t have to support a huge restaurant. We’ll go here again, it was good.

Out of the four Chinese takeout places by my home, I’ve tried three. And out of those three, this is the only one I can say has above average food. The others are okay, but this place is good. If you’re in the area and need some Chinese takeout, go to this one.
