Considering the other options in the area, this is by far the best. It’s generally clean and they seem to take pride in what they do. Prices are very reasonable. Never had a bad experience.

My friend recommended this spot. My first time there was ok. My second time there my nails came out the way I wanted it. I got acrylic on my own nails. My third time I finally got to have the worker names Seline do my nails. She has done an exceptional job. Now I just have to find a worker who does amazing pedicures.

Living in Brooklyn you are bombarded with nails salons and discounts. I’ve decided to forgo cheap for cleanliness, quality products, nicer staff and patrons plus more of a spa experience. So glad I found this place and I couldn’t be more pleased.

HORRIBLE, all of my nails BROKE. Went to get my gel manicure redone and the girl was clearly in a big hurry to get out (although I went over an hour before they closed), as she took off my current gel busted out an electric tool used for sanding ACRYLIC nails and used it on my REAL nails. Sanded them down to the point they are so weak every single one has broken. NIGHTMARE. When i confronted them they had nothing for me. Will never go back.

I always have a pleasant experience when I visit here. The salon is clean, prices are really good, and the staff is always friendly. Check it out.

I will give this place one star just because I can’t give zero.
The staff is totally rude and really doesn’t care about their customers at all.
I had probably the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Though cheap the service sucked!
The guy that did my nails (who was still practicing and I wasn’t told about this before I got the service) was totally incompetent. He wouldn’t speak and just pointed his chin at things without saying what he wanted me to do so I had to ask every time. Filed my nails so horribly. They were already short and just had to be shaped a little so I told him I wanted them to remain square he then filed my left pointer finger nail so short that you can see the skin that sticks out under your nail where the nail grows. It actually hurt. When I spoke to the owner (who was watching a show on her phone and wouldn’t look up only said «what you want?» When I came up to her) only kept saying what do you want me to do. Fix it? With an attitude like I was being unreasonable. She then said there are no returns but I could give you a free manicure when the nail grows come back. At that point since I knew they weren’t going to stop having an attitude and weren’t about to do anything I said ok and she looked at me I said now what and she said you can go now. Im so shocked at their attitude and I got upset I asked how will you know it’s me when I come back? You’re not going to remember by the time my nail grows and I don’t even live around here. She said I’ll remember. I asked her if she could just write something for me to be sure she sighed shook her head and chuckled a little then wrote something in another language in the back of one of their cards and handed it to me and looked away. I walked out and my nail is hurting really bad because the sensitive skin under is exposed. I am planning on going back today and having them put tips on my nails even though I hate them but I can’t have everything bump the tip of my finger specially since I my job and school require a lot of typing and it hurts so I need something to prevent things from bumping the tip of my fingernail.
Definitely prefer to pay more for good service. Specially a place that won’t have people practicing on people paying full price for the services. Also when I go today I will ask for his license and if he doesn’t have one I will report them for having people practicing and working without a license.
I have never had a problem anywhere even though I haven’t always gotten great service but never had a problem but these people’s lack of professionalism is just too upsetting and this isn’t okay.

I’ve been to a few nail salons in the area and mostly had a horrific experience. This salon is much cleaner and more welcoming than any other in the neighborhood. Their prices may be a tiny by higher but they do a great job. They are very diligent and do not give sloppy mani pedis. My cuticles were clipped thoroughly, my nails filed evenly and my feet properly cared for. They do a great job on their designs too. I got a negative space gel manicure and it turned out great. I’m glad I found this place and do not have to settle for bad manicures in unhygienic gross environments.
