I was once told the incorrect time for an appointment and I showed up at the time I was told, which was apparently 30 minutes late. The stylist was very angry and gave me an attitude. The attitude was unacceptable, especially given that it was the salon’s mistake. The stylist put a foil on my hair & then proceeded to tell me that it was my error & not the salon’s error. Then, she took 4 hours to do my highlights while chatting with her friends & taking several cigarette breaks. It was a horrible experience.
