Great experience! The movers were very professional and courteous. They wrapped the furniture that was fragile so it wouldn’t get damaged. They were on time and efficient in getting the job done. I’ve used a few different moving companies in the past and this is the best one I’ve come across. I would definitely recommend Frisco Moving Systems!

This is a good, honest moving company. The owner, JB, is a stand-​up guy. He personally comes to your home gives the estimate himself. I did a move from Dallas, TX to Salt Lake City, UT and took only 5 days to get there! Best of all, not a single item was damaged. I move around a lot due to the job market, and Frisco Moving Systems Corporation has been the BEST movers I have ever used. Highly recommended!

My only regret in hiring Total Move Solutions was that I didn’t call them first. My co-​worker recommended another moving service that I booked 3 weeks in advance. On Saturday morning Feb 1^st, they never showed… and they wouldn’t return my calls. By 11:30 AM, I was panicked and started calling every other moving company I could find. It was the first of the month AND Super Bowl weekend and no one was available. Then I called Frisco Moving Systems Corp and JB answered, calmed me down, apologized that on behalf of the other company (even said he’d report them to the BBB for me!) and was sincerely sorry that he didn’t have anyone available that day, but promised me he’d have a 3 man crew at my doorstep the next morning which was Super Bowl Sunday. Even though it was a last minute booking (and technically a «Texas Holiday»), he still gave me a VERY competitive rate. As promised, the crew arrived around 10 AM the next day and they completed my entire in-​town move in 5 hours flat, only charging me for 4.5 hours because they stopped for a quick lunch on the way to the new house. They were polite and careful, not breaking or damaging a single thing. They wrapped everything and packed it well, asking a lot of questions to make sure everything went where it needed to. They used mats and cardboard to ensure that they didn’t scratch the hardwood floors. They really did make my move much less stressful by saving me in my time of need… I was so worried about hiring a moving service on the spot without the opportunity to investigate them fully, but JB walked me through their policies, assured me of their BBB rating (which was accurate) and basically turned out to be the BEST moving service I’ve ever encountered in my 15+ moves over the last 20 years between myself, friends and family. I am forever grateful for their outstanding service and I will not only use them for all my future moving needs, but will also recommend them to everyone I know!

I used Frisco Moving Systems for moving and storage, and I’m very happy with the service I received. No damage on any of my property, competitive prices, polite & personal service. Very nice to have one less thing to worry about. Thanks FMS.
